In 2021/2022, I remodeled my basement and North Central did all of the plumbing work to put in a new bathroom and installed the fixtures. They also did all of the new duct work that was necessary for the rooms. Once again, they were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Last year I had issues with a backup in my basement and they came out quickly the same day, cleaned the sewer lines and used a camera in order to determine the issue was actually with the City. They contacted the City for me and followed up with me to be sure the problem was resolved. I recently remodeled my kitchen and they put in the new sink and plumbing required to do so. I greatly appreciate their quick and professional service every time I've hired them and each time I've had a service call.

He brought the part and the furnace worked for 6 days then broke again. I concluded they were a scam and decided to never do business with them again. 2 months later they contacted me asking for their payment- and sent me a bill link on phone text. I told him that I paid him with cash in the parking lot of the Casey's gas station and he gave me a receipt. (That was they way he wanted to be paid). He said "oh I'm sorry that's right I will update my files. 3 days later out of curiosity I clicked on the link he sent me and it went to a private farm owners bill that had all of the farmers personal info on it.
