A few days later, Vince came and checked out the carpets....gave me a great quote and made the next appointment to actually get the work done. The next day Vince came and deep cleaned our carpets. He used a big rotary brush machine that also had a water sprayer and big suction hose attached to it. It took about an hour to clean all our carpets. Everything looked great. Smelled great too. In 2021/2022, I remodeled my basement and North Central did all of the plumbing work to put in a new bathroom and installed the fixtures. They also did all of the new duct work that was necessary for the rooms. Once again, they were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Last year I had issues with a backup in my basement and they came out quickly the same day, cleaned the sewer lines and used a camera in order to determine the issue was actually with the City. They contacted the City for me and followed up with me to be sure the problem was resolved. I recently remodeled my kitchen and they put in the new sink and plumbing required to do so. I greatly appreciate their quick and professional service every time I've hired them and each time I've had a service call.
