I was told to get this company to come fix my shower for a warranty problem. The pipe behind the…read moreshower spout. The company fixed that problem. They had to come out 4 times to recaulk it because i was still having a leak problem. Well they came fix the outside door underneath the shower which was another problem on the 5th time they came out. About 2 weeks after they first fixed the shower. The next day I'm showering and there's a puddle of water outside the shower coming from underneath. My husband had the same problem. We go outside look under the shower and the pipe was leaking huge puddle down there and mold behind the piece that is under the shower. I texted them and I didn't hear back I asked for the owner. I called them and the owner didn't want to come out because he was on another job and then said his earliest would be Monday. IM SORRY but if your workers messed something up wouldn't you think you would be there asap? That's what I thought. Well I'm texting them telling them everything I was told on the phone that they take pride in their work. but wouldn't take pride in this? The owner finally came look at it after my boyfriend took out the entire shower himself. Called off of work. We had to go to Lowe's spent $350+ on somethin that they jacked up and we had to replace piping, walls due to mold. Anyways the owner came and all he said I can't wrap my head around how this was just noticed after there was no leak. Trying to imply we did it ourselves. IM SORRY WHO WANTS TO FLOOD THEIR OWN CAMPER THATS BRAND NEW??? If you are looking for a tech to fix your camper I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! The owner wanted to say he has no tools but just came from a job? Come on. And then I said are you going to give anything to solve this? Nope all he said was yall already took the shower out and don't want us touching this there's nothin I can do. I'm sorry maybe pay for the stuff that they jacked up. Enjoying our vacation in Rockport, Texas, we hit a snag with a few oops a daisies with our tow…read morehitch, ACs, and battery cables. Our footplate was rusted and when the hitch wouldn't let go of the tow ball, the RV dropped destroying our footplate. I was able to figure that out in the short term but then we noticed our battery cable that connects both batteries wasn't attached and drug across the road destroying it which we couldn't use our power hitch--had to go manual. Finally, with 105 degree heat our ACs weren't keeping our RV cool. I found Tim at Southern Routes RV who came out, put a new foot plate on I previously ordered from Amazon, repaired the battery cable, and he serviced our two ACs which he identified wires that were improperly installed. Tim inspected and repaired all the wires resulting in both of our ACs blowing colder and more air! Thank God ... better yet, Thank Tim and Southern Routes RV! Preeminent technical service by a veteran owned business that has instilled trust and confidence with my wife and I. I already have them on speed dial for the next time!! This is my first ever negative review . We made contact with…read moreKevin before hand. It was below freezing in January our RV furnace went out. Paid a total of $653.50 and ended up with a new battery and propane regulator but no heat. Lots of excuses then he had to go out of town. I called another company who immediately diagnosed the problem and after a new burner assembly and $345.00 we have heat. I included tried to include a photo of Kevin's response. Hopefully he'll make this right. If not maybe this review can help protect someone else. Update: Kevin's response is too funny. I was freezing and he had to go to Vegas. Be Blessed.

Kevin was awesome…read more We had a bit of bad luck pulling a camper and would up in the area after a blow out which ripped out our electrical, plumbing, and tore up a good part of the camper that sat above the tire. Kevin couldn't get to us until the next morning but he suggested an RV park where we could take it until that time (which was great BTW). When he found more extensive damage than we expected and it became apparent we couldn't use it, he even brought a jack and helped us hook it back up (because we lost the use of the jacks that raise it) and even backed our truck under it for us. A tremendous help for a bunch of girls traveling together that didn't expect all the obstacles we have encountered this trip. We highly recommend Kevin. He will do as much or as little as you're comfortable with and was so much help. He even called after we left to make sure we made it home safely.

So this town doesn't exactly have a shortage of places who will fix their RV. However, there aren't any who are as good as Action RV! I brought in my trailer to have some maintenance done, and fix the brakes. They did a speedy job of pulling the trailer wheels apart, getting those axle bearings repacked, and got me back on the road in a short amount of time. Throughout the whole experience, the crew was friendly and communicated well. As it was getting worked on, I hung out in the parking lot with their dogs- they have a lot of them- one was named Bad MoFo. Don't mess with him. The interior of the store had a bunch of merchandise that looked like spare parts for the most part, in case something critical or important breaks, they have some on hand for a fast repair. If something breaks on your RV, I'd check these guys out. It seems that you can also rent things like trailers, scissor lifts, ditch witches, augers, etc. from these guys, but I didn't rent anything. In all, they got me in and outta there fast, for a fair price. I'll be back!
