I hired this company to move from Clarksville to Nashville, and from the moment they arrived, it was clear they were unprepared and unprofessional. They showed up an hour late and didn't even have the proper tools needed to disassemble furniture, including beds. There were two movers--an older gentleman and a younger man. Unfortunately, the older mover appeared unable to perform much of the physical labor, leaving my friend and her uncle to help move heavy furniture and boxes themselves. A woman, who appeared to be the owner, sat in her car the majority of the time and did not assist. The situation became even more concerning when the movers left for nearly two hours in the middle of the job, stating they needed to handle a family matter. While they were gone, my friend, her family, and friends finished packing the remainder of the home. When the movers returned, the younger mover brought his wife and children with him, which felt highly unprofessional during a paid moving service. Once we arrived in Nashville, they unloaded everything into the living room without any organization and failed to reassemble any of the furniture they had taken apart. To make matters worse, while my friend was carrying boxes upstairs, the movers left without notifying anyone, without confirming the move was complete, and without ensuring the customer was satisfied. I made several attempts to contact the company afterward, but her calls went unanswered. Hiring movers is supposed to reduce stress, not create more of it. Unfortunately, this company failed to provide the professional service that was promised. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, dependable movers. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Our front yard wasnt too to bad but our side yards and backyard are a very steep grade and it was definitely a learning curve for my husband this year trying to cut and maintain them...We've broke 3 belts on our lawn mower this year. So going into fall I wanted to surprise him and finally pay to get it all done and looking nice. I felt bad because I knew it was a big job, the back hadn't been touched all summer and it was high back there and to top it off because of the slope there are lots rutts from the run off of our steep driveway. I came home and was SO IMPRESSED! He went all the way to the tree-lines...All of them! The back and side yards are actually usable now! We have 2 great pyrenees and they were steadily impressed as well with there new found freedom. I can actually see the sides of my house and the back. He maintained our retaining wall and parts of driveway that needed some love from the rain rutts...Honestly he did sooo much more then what I asked and for not a penny more then what he quoted me! The best part is it was all a wonderful surprise for my husband and even he was impressed! A little upset at first cause he thought I would of had to pay a small fortune for what was done...BUT NO! When he found out how much we paid he immediately called him, thanked him himself and got on the books as a permanent customer, and were just gonna get rid of our lawn mower cause hes over it lol. The level of customer service and professionalism was just outstanding! I cant not thank James enough! Truly! What a life saver he was! I honestly wish we had bit the bullet and looked for a company sooner cause then I could have used my yards this summer! I cant scream thank you loud enough!
