The Matcha and Taro drinks were also made with way too much milk and barely tasted like what we ordered. No one asked what type of milk we wanted, which was especially concerning because one person in our group is lactose intolerant. When we asked to have the full order refunded because none of us were happy with our drinks, she again said she didn't know how to issue a refund. We asked to speak with a manager, and she told us that she was the manager, which made the situation even more confusing. A manager should know how to handle a basic refund or at least know how to get assistance. What made the experience even more unprofessional was that after taking back the first drink, she drank it in front of us and then walked away. We also noticed what appeared to be a lot of cross-contamination while the drinks were being prepared, which was concerning, especially for anyone with allergies or dietary restrictions. Overall, the customer service, drink preparation, and handling of the refund situation were extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on our experience.
