TALK ABOUT LATE NIGHT MUNCHIES!…read more we came out of the club and right across the street there he was.... the lights pulled us in... we needed that hot dog as soon as we saw it. he has he's own little menu there are only like 5 options but they are all amazing. in this state in Brazil the hotdogs with cheese are very known, but it is not the cheddar cheese we are used to.. it is a lighter and very much more subtle cheese that brings out the best of the sausages in the hotdog. the little cart had TV and seats, we could just sit there and enjoy our meal, no worries and no rush. the cook was polite and fun! the other customers were nice and friendly. its like a huge party in the food truck area. the cook didn't even charge us right away, we ate and once we were done we paid, that was super cool the level of trust here is amazing. he has complementary sauces self service as well as complementary coffee for everyone after their hot dog. the level of service here even though it is a food truck was very impressive, this guy knows how to do business. now here is the dog I had: -THE SPECIAL - came with 2 sausages and 2 types of cheese, the cheddar cheese and the catupiry. everything about this sandwich was amazing, the bread was fresh, the sausages the right amount of taste and the cheeses made the whole thing work. he has some special green mayo with some herbs and I added that to my dog.. omg I need to have one more..... he also has options of hotdogs with other kinds of meat added on top of the sausages for all of the meat lovers. the food in this truck was great and the service outstanding. if you ever come across this corner and see this truck there, please do yourself a favor and go get a catupiry dog!
