The center is modern-attractive with a wonderful selection of stores. International brands located here include Marks and Spencer, Starbucks, McDonald's, Marco O'Polo and H&M. Many stores on many levels. The mall is very easy to navigate and there are just so many stores here to visit. The mall has a lot of stores and many twists and turns so it makes walking through here a lot of fun. You always have to look around the corner to find the hidden stores. There were many levels all connected by stairs or escalators. Overall, a great experience here with a lot of people who helped us navigate our way through the stores until we found exactly what we were looking for KUDOs to the team at Palladium.

In reality only the building was open, the stores themselves were closed. When visiting Prague this was one of the more fascinating aspects I learned about the city. In addition to the many inter-building corridors, almost like shortcut passageways between streets, there are entire buildings open late into the night or 24 hours that passerby can enjoy as public spaces or arcades to walk through. Of course there are security guards and cameras posted all over and you can't just loaf around, instigate shenanigans or sleep in these spots. I was impressed by how safe, clean and well maintained they kept these passages; this mall was no exception. I walked the perimeter of 3 of the 5 floors and took a look around. What I saw--the mall is shaped like an oblong disc with a center atrium and a tall 5 story island in the middle, which also has stores. As of fall 2024 they had many commonly seen stores in Europe: H&M, Marks & Spencer, dm, Luxor, a lot of sporty brands like Geox, Converse, adidas, Vans Lacoste, Columbia, North Face as well as other apparel retailers like Gap, Falconeri, Levi's Guess, CalvinKlein, Intimissimi, Armani Exchange. Sephora, MAC, Lush, Claire's and L'occitane were some of the beauty retailers. Aside from this you can find a variety of specialty stores with accessories, electronics, toys, housewares, kids play zone. Downstairs in the basement was Albert supermarket and on the fifth floor a food hall with pretty typical mall food court offerings--Kentucky Fried Chicken, a handful of fast food Asian stalls, Burger King, McD's, ice cream, donuts, bubble tea and of course Starbucks (though this was on a lower level). So all in all quite a normal mall spread out over five floors.

My original message: "I am telling every one of my friends to never shop in this store. I recently ordered a pair of shorts from FreshLabels online store and when it arrived they were dirty and the wrong size. I went to the store to exchange them and they would not accept the exchange as they were dirty and they accused me of cutting the tags off the shorts even though they came like that when I received them. On the website the only size available to buy were the size 26 (which was the size I ordered) but for some reason on my receipt it said size 28 but I didn't think much of it as I figured maybe there was a problem with the SKU and as the store said in their email to me that it was fine to exchange so I didn't think much of it. To top it off now conveniently the shorts are no longer available on the website so I can't prove that I ordered the right size. I am so livid. Don't shop here unless you want to get scammed."

This was confirmed to me twice. The sales assistant was very pushy and her 'hard sale' technique really put me off at first. However I returned the next day having been sold on the discount and I purchased the shoes. The sales assistant knew that I am from London and that I would have no chance of refunding or exchanging the goods. My taxi was waiting outside and I was rushing to the airport which was very obvious, I sadly trusted the store to charge me the correct amount taking into account the discount but they charged me full price of £670 for a pair of shoes that I believed were £335. I only discovered in London when I converted the exchange rate that I was tricked and she had charged me the full price. I called immediately and complained, wanting to resolve the situation. The same assistant answered the phone arguing that she never told me about the discount (I was there with a friend and both of us understood exactly the same). The assistant told me that there is nothing she can do and hung up. Don't go there, it is very far from a luxury boutique. Perhaps targeting overseas clients and overcharging them is a way how they conduct business there. Daylight robbery!!!
