After becoming injured while working for the Federal Railroad, I made the mistake of contacting the Butler Viadro Law Firm. Chris Viadro was my attorney & Super Lawyer my ass, what a nightmare of a joke he turned out to be.. 4 years for my case just to get "settled"...He freaked the fuck out when I told him my wife , in a time frame that occured more than 5 years ago, would occasionally take some of my prescribed pain pills which I did not use ( As I think most married couples do or would do ) Nope, apparently not in the lawyer world.. These guys claim to represent Boiler Tech Union Members, and if they are too inept at defending my wifes pain pill issue that had absolutely zilch zero nada to do with my case, then what fucking Boiler Techs do these guys represent, BT'S working at the Vatican ? Most BT's that I have ever met are far from angelic, but yet they can't defend me on something that had to do with my wife & nothing to do with my work related injury ?? Also,you would think that sometime during the course of those 4 years he would have picked up a phone to call former railroad bosses, one of which a regional supervisor at Amtrak & the other one dating the opposing railroads ex-human resources officer who was full of favorable insider info... But nope, not 1 single f'n call, ever after sending emails with the individuals contact info on various different occasions over the years.. They seemed more intent on investigating me than they did the railroad... The so called experts in which they sent me too, in the beginning, give favorable reports for our side,, but then after 3 1/2 years when the law firm is looking for any reason at all to dump me, I get sent back to these same experts who now apparently are giving negative feedback ?? Ya, right .... Chris also seems to be rather judgemental about appearance... I am no prim proper suit tie or slacks dude by any stretch, but I'm no hobo either,,, wranglers & cotton shirts.. By the time I got to the offices of Butler Viadro I was frustrated to say the least. Workers Comp had been a nightmare and for whatever reason I had been slow to get the help of a lawyer. WC refused to give me more physical therapy and MRI's even though my doctor and Physical Therapist recommended it. They were more interested in shoving me back to work which I was physically not ready for. I met David Peralta and he immediately put my mind to rest. Once he got on the case more Physical Therapy was approved along with the MRI's. We also changed to a better doctor and any time I had a question or problem David took care of it promptly.
