He sent someone else from his firm after he assured me he would be in court. The attorney he sent didn't do anything at all! I could've gotten what I received with a public defender. This law firm lied to us! They took a year to settle, to use their term, "a straight forward case"…read morethat the insurance companies were not fighting. They assured us all along the entire year we would be getting more than double what we walked out with today!! There were no court appearances or anything. The only time we spoke to the lawyer himself was The initial meeting and today to pick up the check, and the law firm's cut was over 3/4 what we walked out with even though my husband had lost wages for five months, a fractured sternum and a brand new truck totalled!!
