The perfect place to find baby/toddler gifts. We have a one year old and a five year old birthday party coming up. Instead of going to target, I much rather support a locally owned and operated store. Also I know the families already have everything they need so I wanted to choose from a place that curated things so I was more likely to find a beautiful gift. I was pleasantly surprised by how big this store is. It is bright and modern with beautiful clothing and a tasteful array of toys. The person working who I think is one of the owners was helpful directing us to their baby section. Also they have adult dresses which I'm guessing matches some of the little girl clothes. I have two boys so I was fawning over the adorable dresses. They also have super cute boy clothes, but my kids are older now. They have a bunch of cute clothes for Gasparilla and Valentine's Day. They definitely have their finger on the pulse of upcoming special events. We easily found cute gifts for both birthdays. They have things at all price points so you won't walk out empty handed. They are in a strip mall so it's a huge parking lot. No concerns finding parking like it can be in other south Tampa areas. I will be back for all my baby/toddler gifts. read more

The owner has such cute style and you can get everything from basics like sleep sacks to toys and dolls for your toddlers and little kids. I felt compelled to write a review for Butter Bug Boutique and their owner/team. They are a well oiled machine that operate like a bunch of high powered robots. I live in CA and was anticipating a retailer exclusive Kyte Baby drop. Not only did they have the items available and loaded on their website when they said they would but they got my order packaged up and labeled the same evening. I got my order in 4 days even with a hurricane making landfall in Florida. Other retailers were price gauging knowing that these items would be popular but Butter Bug didn't. They priced all items at retail with no mark ups! I will definitely continue to be an online customer with Butter Bug. Butter Bug is another reason why you should always support your local/small business. They had better customer service and order processing time than any other big retailer. read more

I went into this shop for some holiday pajamas for the fall season. The store owner and her staff were exceptionally knowledgeable on the best fabrics for the season, brands, and what sizes would best fit my 4 month old son! They have the cutest selection of stuff! They walked around the store with me, helping me find the perfect items. I'd say this store is absolutely perfect for baby shower gifts and clothing for your babies! When I was there, they were also doing a shoe drive for local kids in need. I love shopping local, and I absolutely love that they support local causes!
