I bought a carrot cake slice, a cheesecake/brownie slice and various cookies. The carrot cake slice wasn't that great and tasted a few days old. The brownie part to the cheesecake slice was very good, but the cheesecake on top wasn't that great. We did enjoy the cookies. We came back for a third time on Monday Jan 26, 2026 and I purchased a brownie that tasted a month old at least! It was hard as a brick! Needless to say I didn't eat it! I also bought a chocolate mousse cake slice that was extremely fresh and good. As usual the cookies we purchased were all fresh and very good. All in all this bakery is a mixed bag you don't know if you're going to get something fresh or stale. Everything is either hit or miss. Later that day, we called to change the pickup date from 10/17 to 10/14, and the employee confirmed the change. When I asked to make sure all cupcakes would be filled, she said, "Yes, all will be filled with pink," completely ruining the surprise. This was supposed to be a private, special moment for us as expecting parents, and it was ruined by carelessness. The next day, another employee called to confirm our order but didn't even seem to have the correct details, proving the lack of communication. Please train your staff better for situations like this--moments like ours can't be redone. I emailed the company - they said the store manager will call but never did.
