I wouldn't quite say the process is painless, it might be for some with a higher pain tolerance, I use the numbing cream and it does really help to take the edge off. Knowing when less is more and more is necessary to achieve balance and the desired outcome. But first the backstory....after coming to the skincare game a bit late in life, I found a cosmetic physician who had great reviews. I reached out and made an appointment. Bad idea. I had an awful experience when she kinda botched my right tear trough (under eye area) with dermal filler. The area under my right eye was left lumpy and uneven. In addition, I had Botox in the forehead and that too was not done properly and I ended up with a spock brow. And the spock brow is just as it sounds - my right eyebrow arched in the middle. Great if I were on Star Trek, not so great for your everyday 49 year old NYC guy. So I saw a plastic surgeon to address these issues who seemed very good and came highly recommended from a friend, but he advised dissolving the filler and going the surgical route. I wasn't ready for surgery. So onward and upward. After more research online, I reached out to Dr. Barry Weintraub's office and the amazing Jill responded and told me about Michelle Malpica. Michelle is a registered nurse with an ER background and years in the aesthetic space. In addition, she's on her way to becoming an NP. I explained to Michelle what the issues were and my concerns. She examined my face in great detail and pointed out what happened to the the under eye area. The Spock brow was an easy fix with the correct placement of a little more Botox. The under eye was a little more complex. That required dissolving the current filler and starting over. Michelle dissolved the filler and a week later I was back. She did an amazing job! It required a couple of visits with some tweaking, but I couldn't be happier. In addition, I've had a couple of laser treatments and I'll be having a facial next. Though I can't personally speak to the aesthetician, Sanela or to Dr. Weintraub (I think their reviews speak for themselves), I can speak to the amazing work of michelle Malpica. A kind, empathetic nurse with great knowledge of facial anatomy and an amazing eye for symmetry and balance. Can't recommend this medical practice enough!

I've tried also Biorevitalization, it works perfectly for dry skin type like mine, especially when it's cold outside. On my first visit at clinic I had local acne and acne scars.
