The place was a bit tricky to find. Upon arrival, you are led to a basement but don't be alarmed, as soon as you enter, (watch your step) you are welcomed with a nice and clean layout. The waiting area near the front desk is clean and so is the bathroom. The nurse practitioner, Oksana is very kind and understanding. If this is your first laser hair removal experience, she assures you that you will be fine, and you will be! She helps ease any anxiety you might have about the procedure. My only concern is the session going by a bit too fast feeling as though the area you're getting lasered isn't covered thoroughly. We're about to get super intimate and personal: I like the idea of brazilians, but getting one is a different story. I'm not a fan of getting the downstairs waxed, I just don't care to sit (okay, lay down) naked from the bottom down, eagle spread with a lady I had just met a minute ago, ripping my lady parts ala the 40 year old virgin. Not to mention, you have to do this every four to eight weeks (depending on how fast your hair grows). However, the alternatives aren't the greatest either. However, the idea of a laser near a very sensitive area kept me from going for it, but something said, just go for it. After searching around for a laser hair removal place with an alexandrite machine, Natalia's Natural Way came highly recommended from a friend who got her underarms done here. I tried to call and make an appointment, Oksana, the technician was unable to take me that week because her machine was broken and the part she was waiting for would not be arriving until the end of the week. She would give me a call then. Okay, fine. A week goes by, no phone call, so I called again, the machine was still broken, okay... It was about a month before her machine was fixed and I could schedule an appointment. She never called to let me know it was fixed, one of my friends had to let me know. Oksana was okay, single practitioner, not mean or nasty, but also not the friendliest - that I could stand. What I took issue with was, her lack of organization. More than once she lost my appointment card. Or marked down the wrong appointment, time, date. Maybe this is asking a lot, but every other laser technician I've been to (and I've been to a lot) has called or texted the day before to remind me of my appointment. She never did. I also didn't enjoy the fact that even though I paid for a Brazilian, which by definition means a bikini including all the downstairs, Oksana said that my, ahem, backside, was charged separately. Excuse me? Than why did I pay more for a Brazilian vs. a bikini. I could have just pay for the bikini and than added the backside. I definitely felt it was a rip off. The actual lasering. I've been to my fair share of laser technicians at this point, so I think I know how it's supposed to work. Even the places I have gone who's machines haven't worked (the Supreno), have been organized in their lasering. Ie: chalk lines drawn so they remember where they have done, etc. Oksana did not have organized lines, it felt like someone just scribbling all over the place, outside the lines. Not through at all. Was not efficient at all. Which means I'm going to have to get it done somewhere else, which means double the amount of times I had to be lasered in the first place. I had a very hard time scheduling an appointment with this merchant. She insisted that she would only take Groupon customers at a certain time. I live in another state, but I am in the area VERY often and still could not find a time where I was able to schedule an appointment. I eventually made an appointment, but got seriously ill for about a month. My doctors had me on partial bed rest so I cancelled the appointment with her blessing and was told I could use the Groupon later. I didn't expect her to honor the full value, even though she said she would, when I called for an appointment this morning. She advised me that since Groupon takes 51% of the price of her services, she was only willing to honor $26 of the $49 I paid for my Groupon. That is outrageous. I offered numerous times to pay the difference between the price of the service I wanted ($80) and the value of my voucher ($49) and she refused saying I would have to pay at least $60. I no longer want anything to do with this merchant. She actually told me to call Groupon and have them help me. I hate vendors that use the benefits of Living Social and Groupon and then shun the customers who try to utilize the vouchers. That is so damn tacky! read more

Compared to one other place I went to for a colonic, this is hands down the better one and I have returned to Natalia's Natural way. Natalia is extremely professional and makes one feel at ease right away. She stayed with me the whole time, massaging my abdomen to facilitate evacuation. I enjoy talking about health and wellness with her, she is a natural. I suggested she add Reiki to her services. She has the most gentle hands. I feel very confident under Natalia's care...almost like getting taken care of by my mom...but if you are looking for a fancy chic chic spa, or that kind that leave you in the room alone hooked up to this big machine, this is not for you. read more

3/18/17 The owner is the rudest nastiest peraon I have ever dealt with. She is mad that you bought a Groupon because she doesn't make the full commission. As I walked in she demandes I pay her $18 tax. I told her it wasn't mentioned on the Groupon and I did not have cash. She yelled at me and said "well I don't take credit cards, you need to have it next time." She took me to the back and I told her I wanted my jawline and the space underneath done because I bought 6 sessions for the full face. She used the same rude attitude to yell at me and tell me that the jawline and underneath are part of my neck. I told her that I ca5lles her 45 minutes before the appointment to specifically find out which areas were which and she assured me that everything would be included, it most definitely wasn't. She did not use the laser thoroughly and skipped many spots. Worst experience ever. read more

I've been doing laser hair removal for about thirteen years on and off...different machines and different ent technicians. Nothing was ever effective for me. I'm currently a year into the treatment with Oksana and I'm finally seeing results! The hair is thin, I never think about it. Moreover, Oksana always makes herself available to me for last minute appointments and is always courteous , comfortable, and accommodating. I've been to three other laser hair removal places prior to coming here and this is by far the best! Not only are the machines FAST, but they're EFFECTIVE! I'm super sensitive to pain, but I can tolerate it here because the machine does the job very quickly. At first, I wasn't sure if it was actually working because it was so fast, but I've had great results! Since getting an area done, I've actually come back to touch up on other areas and Natalia's pricing is very fair. I'm in and out in about 10 minutes (if not less). I love this place! I got laser hair removal with a Groupon and first visited Natalia in January when she was just setting up her offices. In the last several months, she has renovated the entire office and made it cute and welcoming. The place is pristine and Natalia herself is knowledgable, friendly and accommodating to any scheduling issues or changes. I tip on the total value amount (which is what you are supposed to do with a Groupon) and she is always seriously appreciative. I came here through a groupon deal. All the other laser hair removal places that I have been to took at least 10-15 minutes to do a small area where as Natalia's Natural way it was very quick. At first I thought it was something wrong with this particular treatment where in fact it was the exact opposite. They use the best and latest machines available and it really works!!
