Dave told us ahead of time that if there was any pooling as a result of the job, he would take care of it but when we told him about the flooding, he refused to fix it. Dickie offered to go to his next stop, come back and force flush the remaining sludge in order to perform a full and complete pumpout. I agreed, and within 2 hours he was back, ran hoses again and was successful in dislodging and completly cleaning out the compacted sludge. Instead of charging me for two pumpouts, as would be customary I'm sure from any other company, we agreed pn a very reasonable extra charge for the additional time and work.
