The only time I come in here is when I HAVE to. The prices are steep, the owner is mean, and his employees have no clue what customer service is. I was just there and while I'm trying to cash out, the cashier answers his cell phone "Yo bro, what's up.... yeaahhh.. I'm good bro, just picked my up kalanopin script..." Ok kid ... what? This guys barely acknowledged me, not to mention I was going to buy shooters but since he was so busy chatting on the phone and finishing his text messages, I opted out. read more

Very disrespectful staff. My friend and I came in to buy a bottle of gin. We presented real Pennsylvania IDs and are both of age. They took our IDs and the manager approached us angrily and said they are "f*cling fake" when they aren't. Very strange and poor customer service and they could have handled things more professionally. read more

Pretty decent liquor store with a solid selection in a good location. They have a ton of hard seltzers but not the best beer/craft beer selection. They have a "create your own six pack deal" but the selection they have does not make it worth it. Additionally, the prices are a bit higher compared to other liquor stores (Joe Canal's Discount Liquor Outlet, Passion Vines, Bootleggers, etc.). Overall, a quick and easy liquor store to stop at and to stock up but you might pay a bit more compared to other liquor stores. read more

I selected one of those and commented to the sales person that their wine was priced expensive. He could say something along the line that it was how the prices worked due to convenience whoever, but he decided to ask me where I was from ( noticing my accent) and told me I knew nothing about pricing of wine. Then he went on a tirade about how much wine cost at restaurants and in the casino. I laughed in disbelief. He then clanged to the bottle, I was thinking he was deciding if he was going to sell it to me or not I deescalated the situation and he sold me a bottle without accident. I do not recommend this experience and bring your own wine to AC its really dead here and everything is overpriced for what it is just in general.

Roger Wilco Liquor Store in Ventnor City sells variety of good red wines. The Red blends are my favorites but there is one very good Australian wine called 19 Crimes. It tastes more palatable than the other very good Red blends I have been buying. Thanks to G for recommending me "19 Crimes Red Wine" from Australia...I got no regrets! Very enjoyable inexpensive red wine. The location of this Roger Wilco store is very accessible and you don't have to worry about parking. The sales team members are very helpful and friendly and most of all I like the discounted prices of the good Reds. Bright Big 5 Stars for this wine store. Highly recommended. read more

This store has a great selection of sale items at all times and the stuff not on sale is very well priced as well. Their selection is second to none in the area as well, and if they don't have it, they will order it. I ordered a bottle and was called in 2 days because it came in already. Just visited this store which is under new management. Amazing craft beer selection. Ask for Sam if u need any suggestions. He was more than helpful and We loved his recommendations. Prices are similar to other big box discount stores. My first choice to shop for Beers and Wines whenever I am in that neighborhood. read more

This place is awesome. Incredible selection of beer, never made it to the liquor and wine section, spent an hr in there beer section. If you are there and Sam is working he is an incredible resource to fine what ever beer your looking for as well as being a really nice guy. Prices are very affordable. read more

I drive over an hour from my house to come here. Sam makes it so worth the trip. He's very knowledgeable and they have some beers that most places have sold out weeks or months prior. Hate to say that as I've now given away my secret spot! They give the NJCB discount as well. read more
