I selected one of those and commented to the sales person that their wine was priced expensive. He could say something along the line that it was how the prices worked due to convenience whoever, but he decided to ask me where I was from ( noticing my accent) and told me I knew nothing about pricing of wine. Then he went on a tirade about how much wine cost at restaurants and in the casino. I laughed in disbelief. He then clanged to the bottle, I was thinking he was deciding if he was going to sell it to me or not I deescalated the situation and he sold me a bottle without accident. I do not recommend this experience and bring your own wine to AC its really dead here and everything is overpriced for what it is just in general.

My SO and I stopped at Balic while we were in the area and the winery is a bit small, but very nice. We were early, so we had time to chat with the owner for a while before people started showing up. We got to sample every wine and ended up leaving with a case for an extremely reasonable price. You cannot buy Balic in stores, but you may be lucky finding a restaurant that carries them exclusively. This is a must while travelling south, also, try the blackberry wine because it is exquisite.
