I visited this store to solve a simple problem. I needed to preprint and pay for return shipping…read moreof a small parcel to and from Seattle. By the way, I discovered that is easy to do through our fine US Postal Service! You generate a ship-out mailing label on line you can print at home and attach to an express mail envelope. On the same system, you can generate a return label. Your returnee can print it, or you and print it and send it to them. All includes tracking at a very reasonable price! The staff member did not understand my question and gained my personal information into their system for nothing. One would presume their computers can't answer a question without personal information. I had to walk out for poor and uninformed customer service. I am very patient, it takes a lot for me to give up on a business and walk out. The store has shredding at 2x the normal price per pound and a small selection of shipping envelopes.
