It'd be much smoother if I took public transpo. down. When I entered it was tight of people just standing there. I guess this is the line? It seemed like it might be agony. Bad thing, I had an appointment, so I couldn't bail. I was just patient and stood among the others. It was not as bad as it seemed, they helped me pretty quickly. I wish they had called me to okay the cutting before they did it, but they didn't. I would rate how they treated me with five stars along with their effort for good communication. Everything received had smudged, which they blamed on the post office, and the postcard itself has outdate information (by THREE YEARS!) and two or three different fonts. I wish I had looked more closely, although their website is almost impossible to navigate. Never again. Save your energy and your money and take your business elsewhere.
