Avoid like the plague this bunch of scammers. I went there to have new break pads and discs fitted. I asked for a quote and got one for Bosch parts. When I got the car back (after FIVE hours), it was fitted with some cheap low quality brand called Eicher. After complaining about this, the person responsible informed me that Bosch would be more expensive in the first place. I explained that they themselves gave me a quote for Bosch and that was the reason I accepted it. Then they guy informed me that there are no Bosch parts for my car and that he never said Bosch in the first place. Totally dishonest and unethical behaviour, avoid for peace of mind! read more

Just been stung at Buzy Beez!! Ouch that hurt! Do not make the same mistake as me, if you turn up at the garage, tyres are a 1/3 higher in price to what is listed on their website!! It's a hell of a mark up to pay for 'whats in stock'. Was forced to use this garage due to a flat, my normal garage sells me the same tyres at the cheaper price, so I don't agree with their excuse of having to buy them in at a higher price to keep in stock. Can't fault the service, but dislike shady pricing practices!! Will not be using again! read more

I took my mitsubishi evo 8 in to them for 2 new tryes on the recomendation of a friend who had recieved good service and price in the past. I was greeted in a friendly manner and asked to have a seat while one of the technicians finished off with another customer. They removed the worn out tyres, found some uneven wear and suggested that the tracking might want looking at. I agreed as I regularly check tyre pressures so new they were fine. I'm glad i did, as the front wheels were out of alignment. Unchecked this would have worn out the new tyres and cost me on 2 more fronts in no time!! I'd definately recommend them as they were polite, helpful, reasonably priced and above all professional and competent. Keep up the good work! read more

As a former regular customer of buzy beez I was very disappointed with the service I received here recently. Even though there was no customers here at the time I was left standing around for a good 15 minutes before being spoken to. I was shocked and appalled when I noticed that one of the mechanics was drinking a can of fosters lager whilst doing the job. I think it is very unnapropriate and very unprofessional for the manager to allow this to happen on the premisis especially during work hours! They are also not afraid of shouting, swearing and arguing with each other in the presence of a customer. They are very loud, rude and unprofessional and I shall not be returning to buzy beez and I shall be taking my business elsewhere in the future read more

I went to Buzy Beez in Rose Hill on Sunday morning, on opening, and I will never set foot in there again. I had a flat tire on my ride-on mower. I had removed the whole wheel and took it with me. The gentleman I talked with was extremely unhelpful, and as proven later, incompetent. First he said that I neded a new tire, I said I knew that, in fact I need a new mower, but I was only looking for a quick fix to finish mowing for the day. Then he said that I needed a new tube, and they didnt have one (a very standard 16-6.50-8 tube). At this point I asked if he could remove the tire, so I could patch the punctured tube. He said that they didnt have the equipment to remove the tire (!!!) and he thought that in fact it was a type that couldnt be removed, so I needed to order a new full wheel on internet (absurd!). Then he added that they were to busy to deal with such a small job. Fair enough, he could have said that from the beginning, saving his and my time. Today (monday) I went to another place: the tire was promptly removed with a standard machine, which I believe every decent workshop must have, they extracted a new tube from a bag, fitted it in seconds. 9.60 pounds, less than 10 min waiting. In short Buzy Bee has technically incompetent staff, poor equipment and poor stock of parts. Unless of course the man wanted simply get rid of me, so talked load of rubbish to make me going, in this case they are rude and unrespectuful to the customers. Either way, I strongly recommend to stay away from such place. read more

I went to buzy beez over the weekend and they told me that my whole exhaust would needed replacing baring in mind my car is only 6 years old. They were gonna charge me £115 for the front pipe and £299.50 for the mid and rear box which all together come too £414.50. I decided that, that it was a lot of money so decided to get a second and third opinion from two other garages. Both garages told me that there wasn't anything wrong with the mid and rear box only the front pipe, which both garages were charging me around £80 each. I was disgusted and angry at the fact that Buzy Beez would do such a thing and lie about the faults of my car. I would never go back to the company again, and will advise all my friends and family how badly I have been treated and for them not to get there car done, and I also advise all the people that review this comment to make sure that they are charging you the right prices and not adding on EXTRA COST TO MAKE MORE MONEY. read more
