After the crew left, I noticed two issues - a soap dish was broken and in the kitchen, the rug runner that runs through the middle had been mangled in a vacuum cleaner (at least that is what it looked like to me!). I immediately brought both to the attention of Jannet, Jannet's response was immediate and appropriate, including a partial refund. This type of service recovery is RARE in the service marketplace. Personally, it made me increase my respect for Marse and resolve to give a positive review for them, recommend others use them, and openly say - I would use them again, definitely!
