We paid $418 for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. This included an additional fee for a "first clean." My biggest frustration is that they mopped but did not vacuum. There were numerous "dust bunnies" around the house after they had left that I had to vacuum literally right after walked out the door. They seemed to miss certain surfaces that still have dust/ debris on them. I had planned on having biweekly cleans after this but I will not be utilizing this company and will not recommend to others. read more

Pleasant but expensive and inadequate We just moved out of a 3770 square foot house and I was attracted by their "Move Out Cleaning". Ella and Shante assured me they would send a crew that would do the job for $700 (no carpet or outside windows) before the Realtor's Open House. Instead, 2 nice people, Frank and Sonya, showed up at 11AM. They seemed to work hard but it was an impossible assignment. Then the texts and calls started: the house had too many windows ($15 for cleaning each one, inside only, see picture below), 2 ovens, and the garage is too big. This goes with big houses. Extremely disappointed with this service and I gave it weeks of patience and understanding. They contract out the jobs, and cleaners randomly cancel or don't show up. 1 cleaner showed up, said there was no parking, and that she couldn't do it without parking. I asked if she was in the right place because I went outside to look at the parking status, and there was at least 10 spots right in front of the place I told her to park, and she just kept saying no there isn't. She did this twice, and each time i wasted 30 mins to an hr looking for her. The 2nd time it happened, I found her sitting in the parking lot of the apartment playing on her phone instead of coming up to clean the place (and I took video evidence later that there was, in fact, plenty of parking), after I spent 30 minutes waiting at the door for her since she said she was here. I helped her carry everything in, and when she got up, she said oh there's animal smells that get to me I can't do this, and left, but I've always stated I have 2 dogs and so of course there will be animal smells, and no other cleaner for the past 2 years have said anything about this. Maids to Match then sent another team who said they would arrive around 4 pm, but half the team didn't get there til past 5 and said the job would take too long to finish because of how late it was, and left again. A few days later, they texted me and said that the new team wanted to charge double what I was paying before, but because of all the "inconveniences" they'd give me a $40 discount. I just cancelled the service completely right then and there. The cleaning service was always just ok. Sometimes it would be really good, sometimes they'd just spray bleach on absolutely everything where the entire place would smell like bleach for 2 days, push things around a bit, and call it a day. Easy to book, easy to follow-up with, and they did an AMAZING job at helping clean, organize, and take out the trash from a recent move I had. Their "Deep Clean" service included organizing things that were strewn all over the place, vacuuming, moping, dusting, and cleaning floors, countertops, doorframes, appliances, etc. Engaging them was easy with a few Yelp messages and then the appointment was set up for the next day. Sent them some images of the areas so they knew what to expect and then they came and their team cleaned the whole house as requested. My boyfriend and I are renting a house that hasn't been lived in for a while, so to save ourselves some trouble and time we decided a cleaning service would be a solid choice. Three women showed up and had your run of the mill cleaning supplies, nothing fancy. The cleaning was so rushed, you would think they were in a massive time crunch, which was confusing, because they left the job an hour early. We did a walk through after they were "done" and noticed there were several spots that were untouched and very poorly done, so we asked politely if they could get those said spots a little better since we paid $250 for this service. Once they were finished (again, they only cleaned for an hour of their scheduled 2 hour clean from 8-10) we told them we'd do one final walkthrough to make sure everything was fine before they left and they replied "Okay!", we looked through for about 1-2 min and came back to find them gone. They packed up and ran out of there before we could even give them any feedback. My only guess is because they knew they had done a poor job and would've been asked again to touch some things up and they didn't want to do the job they were paid to do. This service was absolutely not worth $250, and I would heavily advise purchasing through this company. We had some renovations done on the house. I was looking for post-construction cleanup. This business claimed they could handle it. I got a quote (roughly 3x the price of a deep clean), and I booked the job with them. Scheduling was easy enough. When they were done, the cleaning was very disappointing. Not only was it not a post-construction cleaning, but I wouldn't have considered it a basic cleaning. The home is vacant, and yet I found loose dirt all over the place, window sills weren't touched & shelves weren't wiped down to name a few things. I called the company very upset asking for my money back. The lady I was speaking with was not the manager. After numerous back & forth, I agreed to a re-clean. They assured me they were sending out their best crew and we're doing it on the day convenient to me. After the second crew, I was still disappointed. The second crew definitely did a thorough deep clean, but they did not do a post construction cleaning. We had tile floor replaced and removing tile haze can be tedious but it's not super complicated. This crew was not equipped to do a post-construction cleaning. Tile haze was still all over the floor. I asked for a partial refund, which they gave. It's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. While they did do a cleaning, they did not do a post-construction clean. They may be a great company for a routine home cleaning, but do not book them for post-construction cleanup. read more

The Stars should say it all. When I needed them most, they were there for me!! I didn't know what I was going to do. I was to be admitted to the hospital, for major surgery. We were just moving back into our codo after 6 months of restoration, that started on the 23rd of December!!! We had been flooded out after the first freeze. Where our recently Deceased neighbor transitioned 1 months before. However, now her pipes bust and, we live next door! We were up to our ankles, and we lived next door so we were flooded and had to leave so that the place could be restored and renovated, all during the entire holiday season. We returned home in late February, during this time my Father in law was put in Hospice, in East Texas and We live in North Texas. Now!! how "Maids to Match" helped me, after all of that stormed past, I was moving things back into our condo, alone. I had worn out my back. i had been suffering with my back for 12 years, I had to do it this year, or i wasn't going to be able to walk again, Maids 2 Match came before surgery the day before and my surgery could have been done at home my house was so clean! I read your response and you left some very pertinent details out. Your representative came back with the $15 pet fee AFTER quoting me $570. Once again, I would not advise anyone to use this service. If you can't even reason with the person or people on the initial phone consultation(s) due to language issues why would you want them in your home? Completely unreasonable liars. Making me out to be prejudiced because of your accents. This has absolutely nothing to do with race or where your employees originate from. It was clearly a communication problem from the get go. Make the recorded conversation public. I think it will be very clear as to the issues I faced with your "Team". The bottom line is that you chose to forgo $570 over a $15 pet fee. If you do the math that's a discrepancy of 2.6% when I assured you that there were no pet stains, no pet hair , NO PET DAMAGE....Period! The only carpet in this house was on the staircase, just beautiful hardwood floors throughout. I have attached four photos of the house you were being hired to clean and detailed in each photo what I needed done. So to sum this up , 1) communication skills of the first person I interacted with were sub par. 2) when the "superior" called me she was mildly ornery and lacking interpersonal skills. She refused to even consider my particular circumstances and that we had lived in this home for 51 years and probably had a minimum of 5 dogs throughout the years however there hadn't been a pet there in months and we never allowed our home to be ruined by our pets nor did we ever have pets that shed due to allergies in our family. 3) and lastly most absurd to me, is the fact that you were so rigid and prideful in your refusal to forgo $15 that you lost a nice gig. I was willing to go ahead and use your services for $571. It became more an issue of principal than anything else. Again, look at my photos. This home was for all practical purposes pristine. $570 was overkill and way over priced for what I needed done. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to let the public know what really went down. I had gotten a "deep clean" from this company for my mothers house over a year ago. It was ok. They didn't dust. Got there a little later than the windows they stated. They didn't clean one whole room because "they ran out of time" and some of the cleaning done was subpar. But 85% of the job was done right. So I rebooked on 12/15/21 for another deep clean. Booking was confirmed, and everything was a good. They were supposed to come between 3-4 pm. I was already headed to my parents house to be able and let the cleaners in around 2:15pm. Cindy sends me a text at 2:22pm stating that the cleaner (veronica) is delayed "due to unforeseen circumstances" and would be arriving between 4-5pm. I told Cindy this was fine. But something told to me ask about her help (the invoice stated only Veronicas name as the "assigned team" to clean). It's a big house, and ONE person could NOT DEEP clean a house that big in the time allotted. Cindy replied that "she believed her husband would be accompanying her". *record scratch* Is he bonded? Did he have a background check? Does he do this all the time? Is he an employee of Maids2Match?! I chose to cancel, because I had to leave to get my Mom, and no one would be there, and letting in a cleaner and "her husband" in my house with no one home...didn't sit right with me. They didn't attempt to offer an apology, a discount, an alternate way to make it right...nada. They just wanted to make sure I didn't write a bad review. Go figure. Not a good way to do business. Unimpressive. When dishing out +$450 for a deep clean of my home, I expect attention to detail. Instead, I was left with disappointment. After getting a couple quotes using Yelp's quote system, I opted to give M2M a try even though they were on the pricier side. I thought that because the reviews were great and for that amount of money, I must be getting the best deep clean my home's ever seen. Nope. On the plus side, scheduling was quite simple and I appreciate that 1) you can schedule online and 2) pricing is transparent and you know exactly what you're paying. I set it up so that when I returned from vacation, I'd be returning to an immaculate home. It's was mediocre at best. The team missed a lot of obvious things, like dusting shelves and the items on them, cleaning the base of toilets, and sweeping the corner of floors and behind doors. There were many other little things they missed and I couldn't help but wonder why. I was quoted 8hrs to clean my home, yet the crew spent 3. It's not like they were rushed or had anything to do; they could've taken their time since they had the place to themselves. Instead I got a rushed job. I followed up about all the missed areas and sent photos, as requested. We managed to get a touch up scheduled a few days later and someone stopped by to get the missed areas. She seemed a little distracted about what to clean and asked me to go over the list. I did, and left her to it. At the end, she asked me to check everything and that's when I realized they won't ever meet my expectations and taking her by the hand and saying "you missed this, and this, and this..." would've been absurd. Yeah, she dusted most of the areas she missed the first time, vacuumed most of the corners in the rooms, and did things she wasn't asked to (like make up the bed again), but the base of the toilets and many of the things she was supposed to fix were once again not done. Fed up, I gave her a thumbs up from the other end of the hall (she was on the phone and I didn't want to interrupt) and she left. The second the door shut, I grabbed my duster, diluted bottle of bleach, and cleaning toothbrush (IYKYK) and got the areas she missed so that they met my standards. Frankly, the only reason I said it was fine was because she was given a list and images of all the things that needed to be fixed and again, it was half assed. If your sole job today was to fix mistakes and you dropped the ball not just once, but a second time, why give you a third, fourth, or fifth chance? Shortly after the touch up, I got a call asking if everything was good. Still pissed and stunned, I just said "yeah..." and basked in the awkward silence on the other end of the line. I wonder if I said "no" if they'd pay me back for the work I did. Speaking of pay, I've paid half as much and gotten a better deep clean (same house, same amount of work) so it's certainly not worth the value. For the areas they did clean, they did okay. I was very disappointed with my recent experience with Maids 2 Match. They used ridiculous amounts of bleach in my house with my 3-month old baby present! Even with the bleach, the cleaning job was frankly sloppy - I had to go back over the mirrors and toilets after the maids left. On top of all of that they broke my baby's diaper pail and didn't say a word, just left the springs from the pail in my bathroom for me to find later. I complained to Maids2Match about my experience and they stated they would not give me a full refund and instead refunded me $30 for "areas missed". They acknowledged over the phone that using bleach around a baby and "not having discernment is not okay" (their words!). They offered to replace the diaper pail but since I had already fixed it I guess they felt like they were off the hook for that one (they're not because their maids still broke it). I'm a pretty easygoing person but using bleach in every room around a newborn baby is unacceptable and $30 doesn't make it okay for a company to allow that to happen. I've had to keep my baby out of the house because of this company and they are doing nothing to make this right. Even if you don't have kids, let this be an example that Maids2Match doesn't care. He was on time and most importantly, I didn't think that he judged me upon meeting. Maids 2 Match did a great job cleaning my mom's house, which needed a LOT of work. I chose the "deep cleaning" option when I booked the service based on what I thought the house needed, but when Maids 2 Match arrived, they called me right away to say that it actually needed the more intensive "heavy duty" cleaning and let me know the updated price. I appreciated that they let me know ahead of time so I could confirm that I was fine with the different service. With the heavier cleaning, they needed to call more employees to help, which resulted in them starting much later in the day. However, I was impressed that they still managed to complete the cleaning the same day despite the changes. The house looked SO much better when they were done!
