I sat no longer than 10 mins some dude in the back called me to his chair. Red flag #1 was the fact he had on a hospital band, but I'm trusting the word of my friend and I'm going along with it. He asked what I want and I told him "bald fade" he then repeated what I said in the most confused voice. That was red flag #2 at this point I'm in the chair I gotta be to work in less than an hour and I really needed a cut. Said through the cut and he got started lining the edges up with the blade and I'm like "okay maybe I was tripping for nothing". Bro this man started and did half my head with the blade, took a call, and came back and forgot where he left off and just moved onFINAL RED FLAG! Not only that I'm like where is all his equipment and sanitation stuff!?!? At this point I knew I was fucked ..., when I tell you this is the WORST HAIRCUT! I've ever gotten in my life, I MEAN JUST THAT. I wish I could upload the pics I took. I used to travel over 30 minutes just to see her, until I moved closer. They are the type of people who make you feel like family when you are in their shop, but they are also professional and great at what they do. Erica is the best and she's done everything for me from full weaves to chemical straightening to simple cuts and blow outs. I'm always happy with the result. I'm just posting a photo of my natural hair from the last time I was there which was for a keratin treatment, cut, and blow out. She has really helped my hair to become much healthier and stronger--my hair is naturally coarse and curly and it also was very damaged by previous chemical straightening and coloring, from before I went to her. I've always heard such good things about the barber, AD, from clients coming in and out, too. Their clients love them for a reason!
