When it came to ordering additional equipment, he failed to submit payment until the last minute, then verbally abused and screamed at our staff over a minor scheduling shift. He ultimately walked off the job site entirely, leaving the property owner stranded right before a major house delivery. The homeowner ended up contacting us directly to apologize for his hostility, confirm he had abandoned the site, and requested that we bypass him entirely to clear the property. Homeowners and subcontractors should proceed with extreme caution.
