The movers broke our new bedroom Television and I contacted ABlaze about it I shouldn't have paid them before they took care of this matter because so far nothing has been done on their end that they said they would do I was told they'd have to send us a insurance claim form which I've yet to receive and I'm very disappointed in their service especially since they came highly rated but we have learned the hard way with this don't ever pay for a service that has damaged property of yours before hand because unfortunately it's too late after they get there money...so do your homework before hiring anyone and as far as ABlaze I wouldn't recommend them for anything you can't trust someone who tells you you're going to be taken care of and they didn't!!! And I wish I could give a zero for this review but it won't let me!!! Zero ratings for ABlaze movers. Revised So after posting my review this morning the owner of Ablaze movers reached out to me and was very apologetic and explained to me that they was having issues with a employee that was supposed to be handling matters like this and he sent me a insurance claim form and I filled it out and sent all the information they requested and so now we're being reimbursed for the broken Television which is all I wanted since the move job. I really don't like giving bad reviews but in this case I am glad I did it . So with that being said I would probably give them a chance for moving us again but I will say that if that ever happens again we'll move our own electronics. read more

We opted for labor only, since we were moving cross country. The crew showed up on time. But they loaded the truck like they had no clue what they were doing. My husband pointed out that the art work should go in the "attic". He was then told, my the guy who was leading the team, that he had his own way of packing and suggested my husband let them do their job. When they presented the bill, they figured the hours wrong, but my husband caught it. So, the truck was packed terribly! The last 3rd of the truck, they just threw things everywhere. I had to literally unpack that part and repack it myself! Only to find that behind the "mess" the load could shift, during a long haul! Frustrated does not begin to explain my feelings. After repacking the back , there was more room that we could use. Upon arrival to our destination, the moving company we hired to unload began unloading the truck. Once they got past the first third of the truck, they turned and asked who loaded this mess? They were so upset, they threatened to call Ablaze and tell them what a crappy job they did. I had already spoken to the owner and he did credit me 50.00. Nice gesture but not nearly enough for the giant headache we had to deal with. I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them. They might have a better crew for moving trucks, but their labor crew is the pits. read more

I needed a heavy item picked up and delivered same-day. I left a message before they opened, got a call back within minutes of them opening and the move booked quickly and easily. The crew was excellent, efficient, courteous and careful. I will call them again, and again. I'm the son of a mover. I put myself through college moving. This is hard work. I hired this company to move me from Glen Rose to McKinney. Everything did not fit in the truck and they didn't ask if I needed anything special take when the left for the new location. they had moved some items to the yard and left them there for me to move back into the house before I could leave. Upon arriving to the new house the couch would not fit into the house so after many tries and much damage to my couch they decided to move it to my garage where it was left until I could hire someone else to move it into the house. It cost me almost 200 for furniture repair and to move my couch from my garage into my house but because my couch was not packed properly they disputed the damage and charges. I also left water bottles all over my yard upon leaving that had to be cleaned up. I would definitely not refer this company to anyone. read more

I won't use this moving company that came recommended to me ever. And so far they built my bed wrong. I spoke to the owner who said it's after five and we all have families so someone will come tomorrow. we went to set up our tv. it's broken. huge crack at the bottom. it was fine the night before. I have an antique table they roughed the corner of. I told the owner we had a huge heavy dining table and if they could not do it I would call a different mover. they took the top off, said it was too heavy and did I have someone who could help lift. I called my son in law and he came. then they refused to move it. sorry I left one star. they make you put a star or it would be zero stars. read more

They were hired to pack and move. After labeling a few boxes, they stopped, later saying their sharpies ran out of ink. They couldn't get everything on their truck and left a lot behind. I later found a completely full pantry that they never packed. They broke so much stuff. Glass over expensive paintings, crushed lampshades, legs broken off a cabinet, 52" tv stand broken off, crushed drawer front in nightstand, new electric scooter torn apart. I was very disappointed with my move in Granbury. They said they could not bring things that weren't packed. some things they left were packed in tubs without a lid, They left a big tub of items with a lid. They left an outside folding chair that I had folded and put on the tub. they left a large artificial plant. I will have to find someone to get these items. They brought 2 tvs. They took the DVD players off and could not bring the players because ere not packed. Thankfully they did bring the tv 's that were not packed. it was kind of pick and choose what they brought. They attached my washer. I went to use it and it made a noice but didn't work. I had to get someone to fix that and they had not turned on the water. I don't believe at the end I was given a receipt. They emptied the truck and wanted to know if I wanted them to go back and get the rest of a few items . I did and they could have easily brought these items then . At a $160 an hour when they went back the 2nd time there was no reason they left these items. I definitely do not recommend this company and was very disappointed. read more

THESE GUYS ARE BEASTS! We were quoted "the higher end" for our move and the guys that came had us loaded, moved and unloaded within 3 hours... PLUS even with a tip it was almost $100 less than the quoted high end price. They took care of our items, helped us move random items (lift, shower chair, FULL freezer) and never stopped moving! Definitely recommend their business to anyone moving! read more

Let me just say, if I could give them no stars, I would. They broke my refrigerator and washing machine. They refused to pay for a washing machine repair. They took my refrigerator apart to move it and then couldn't figure out how to put it back together or make it work again. They did pay for a repair on the refrigerator, but that repair did not fix the problem. They put our bed frame together wrong. Overall, this move cost me way more than it needed to, as I had to buy a new washer and refrigerator. I also lost all the food from my refrigerator because it wasn't cooling. They were not careful or interested in doing a professional job at all. read more

Do not use this moving company absolutely the worst I have ever used. They left hug dents in my brand new freezer and destroyed my adjustable bed that cost 1500.00 and had to buy a brand new washing machine because of them. Didn't have the proper tools to remove my washing machine and the supervisor saw the holes in my adjustable bed didn't take responsibility for it. The owner is a joke end complete liar.you can't post nothing bad on their facebook page they want everyone to think they are wonderful. The owner never came to look at the damage and the guys left the stuff they wrapped my furniture on my furniture never removed it and I filed a complaint with the BBB against this company.... Don't use them. As to this day I still haven't gotten my money from my damages probably never will read more

I used this company to move me from one side of Granbury to another. They quote a rate by the hour with a minimum of three (3) hours and they are not responsible for any damage to your possessions. We did not know for a few days that they had damaged my stackable washer and dryer which was almost new and had been used only about six (6) times. They scraped a portion of the washer lid but failed to tell me about it. When the person figured up the bill he was overcharging me saying they got to my house at 9:00 am which was untrue as they got too my house at 9:30. After getting that cleared up he wanted to know if I wanted to give them a tip and I did decline. One guy kept yelling at my puppies to be quiet as he had a hangover. I do not recommend them and will not use them again in the future. read more

DO NOT use this moving company. The Haltom City number is disconnected but the location in Bedford, Tx is a working number. They moved me during inclement weather and the experience was a nightmare. If they are not capable of fully operating and satisfactorily completing a job, they should reschedule. But they did not do this. In fact, they called to confirm the previous day. My furniture was not wrapped or covered properly, packing supplies were insufficient, boxes marked fragile were thrown around, an item was partially broken, the 3 men complained the entire day, and they did not wear shoe protectors like the company who had moved me previously(they were booked for the date I needed this time). So now I have to have the stairs cleaned again. When I asked to look at the labels on the boxes to determine which room to take it to, they acted very unprofessionally and begrudgingly took the extra 30 seconds. They left my furniture and boxes unattended on the elevator several times, wet blankets were thrown on top of my wood furniture in the storage unit without my knowledge, and to top it off, the bed frame was not reassembled properly. In summary, when I notified the manager regarding all these issues, he was as indifferent and unconcerned as his movers. His response: "It was a bad day for everyone." Yep, especially for me since I paid $850.00 for incompetence! What a huge mistake to have hired this company. Buyer Beware... read more

We did not hesitate to call them again to help with our second full house move in 30 days. We will hopefully be closing on our new house in a few weeks and they will be our first call. I used these movers this past week. I am super impressed. It's august, hot and they were moving me off a third floor apartment. I felt horrible to put anyone through this. They never complained or stopped once. These 3 guys just kept going and going fast. I was more than surprised when I realized they had moved me out in 1.5 hours. 2 full bedrooms, full living room, dinning room , exercise machine, washer and dryer and several boxes... they guys were were super nice and hard workers. The guys did everything I asked with out question. The price is more than fair, the best I could find in town!! No hidden fees just exactly what I was quoted. They didn't break or damage anything that I could see but I really do not care if something did break in a box because I would have broke more doing it myself so when you hear some one say "movers break stuff" honestly get over it because crap happens. I will recommend them for anyone moving! I will use again and never move myself ever again. Thank you guys for the awesome freaking job!! I am more than happy with the service! read more
