I got a decaf iced americano with crème de menthe cold foam. So good. I got a blueberry glazed donut as well and while it wasn't my taste, it was a good donut so I'd try a different flavor. Very helpful, made thoughtful small talk, and provided great service While they're not open as early as some coffee shops, they open at 7am, which is still pretty early. They are accessible through the hotel or through a back door that leads directly into the shop The interior is very spacious with a lot of comfortable seating. It was towards the end of the year when I visited, and the place was decorated for fall There are all the classic coffee options, flavors, and some in-house specialties. A barista was explaining that many of the of the syrups are made in house and she provided a list of which ones. And as I perused the pastries I was handed a menu with a kind "can you believe we have even more"? The coffee came out very quickly, and the quality was spot on. Everything was great! It has a relaxed vibe that makes you want to sit, chat with friends, read a book or anything to keep the crazy away for a bit of time. The seating is comfortable, the decor is light and -- dare I say-- fun. There is a bar with seating, but why do that when there are other seating choices that let you absorb the atmosphere. They also carry some food in the line of bakery items and other light bites. Because it just opened their offerings may expand. With all the usual coffee options, Plush also has an array of soda offerings with typical and not-so-typical flavor combos. All that makes it a favorite of kids coming in with their parents and who also seem excited about the unusual vibe -- at least that's what I noticed in my short visit. Although I've only tried the coffee, I will say that it was pretty good. I might make this a rotation spot because this seems outside the norm and change is good.
