He was quick to respond when we reached out, and got out to see us faster than I was expecting. When he got here he got to work super-fast and was very professional. What I thought was the beginnings of a horrible problem he fixed in almost no time, he got the shingle replaced, and found and fixed another one while he was there. At the suggestion of our general contractor, we used Shawn and BWB to redo our entire roof after the Easter tornado hit our neighborhood. Shawn came to take measurements immediately despite having several other active project ongoing at the time. He and his crew then came and did our roofs (main house, large garage, and shed) in less than 2 full days.... and did them very well. One of nice touches Shawn and his crew offers is that they take pride in how they treat your property. In our case, we were still dealing with post-tornado craziness and Shawn's crew cleaned up the debris they cleared from the roof as well as debris around the property that came from the storm.
