Here are the pros: 1) Price: It's $6 a day no matter the type of vehicle you park. 2) Service: The staff are very friendly and take their jobs seriously. Once you arrive back at BWI, you call them and they pick you up 24/7. They help you load your luggage and give you a cold water bottle once you're on the bus. 8 minutes later, you're at your car (don't forget to tip them!). 3) Location: It's just an 8 minute drive from BWI and it's guarded with fences and staff 24/7. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked with. It was a little hard to find. Parking and the gentlemen that drove me to the airport was ok. The parking lot is mostly gravel and large potholes. When I arrived at midnight the driver I called said he would pick me up in 15 minutes. I waited about 25 and called back and he said he was there to pick me up but didn't see me (I was standing on the curb). I asked why he hadn't made an attempt to contact me when I wasn't there and he said he had 20 calls and didn't know my number. Now I have to wait another 15 minutes. I tried to contact the driver to confirm what the van looked like and he didn't take my call until the 3rd try. Never again. I wouldn't even let my least favorite person use this company. read more

I should have gotten his name but he was on his phone the whole time while driving us to the airport. His customer service wasn't all that great but he served his purpose. Follow-up review July 3, 3017 Once again, great service from my driver Antoine. As soon as we call to come and pick us up from the airport he was there within minutes. I understand that when you pay 7 dollars for parking at BWI you shouldn't expect the red carpet treatment, HOWEVER, the situation they have going on at Speedy Park is one of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a long while. Picture it: I arrive at 5AM and see a sign that says to wait for an attendant to come so that they can collect your bags and direct you to a parking spot. I waited 5 minutes, 10 minutes. Cars lined up behind me. I called the number that I saw listed and the individual who answered let me know that she was dropping people off at the airport and would be back as soon as she could. "So this is a one-person operation?" "Yes" I waited another 10 minutes and more cars lined up. I eventually heard honking and realized that it was the shuttle trying to get back into the lot. So this is a one person operation with only one entrance/exit. Everyone pulls forward haphazardly as she pulls in. She was very polite but did not seem phased by the complete disorganization that had unfolded. We made it to the airport in one piece, about one hour after I arrived at the spot. Flash forward to our return home: I call and let the driver know we were there and ready to be picked up. He stated that he had a full load and would be back as soon as he dropped everyone off. Since leaving my previous review, we've used BWI Speedy Park a few times, and we won't be using them again. The past two times, we've had to wait over 15-20 minutes to be picked up. This may not seem like a very long time, but we watched the shuttles for the other parking places go by two or three times before our shuttle arrived; and after traveling, the last thing I want to do is stand waiting for a half hour. Further, the last employee we had the pleasure of interacting with was extremely rude. After we had not been picked up for 15 minutes, I called to confirm our location and that someone was en route, and after getting defensive and rude, she hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!! I didn't have any issue dropping off my car and getting to the airport, but my return was VERY DIFFERENT. Upon my return to Baltimore I had to call the office NINE time to get someone to answer. I was told the shuttle would meet me in ~15 minutes to pick me up. 30 minutes later no one showed up to get me and no one called about a delay. I had to call NINE more times for the same woman to pick me up (mind you she's still at the office and hasn't even left yet...). At that point I was told that I could wait ~15 more minutes for a shuttle or I could take a cab to pick up my car. While waiting at the airport for the speedy way shuttle I saw two other (different) company shuttles making multiple rounds picking up their customers. Ultimately I had to pay MORE for a cab back to my car than I did for parking at speedy way. When back at my car, I went to the office and complained to a man about my experience. He was insistent that I should write down my information for a manager to follow up with me. No one ever contacted me. They're happy to take your money and provide virtually no services in exchange. bonus fact: don't even bother thinking you can leave the office a voicemail -- the mailbox is full.. DO NOT PARK HERE. I'm giving them three stars because my drop off was phenomenal but my pick up was terrible. I arrived at the parking lot and the guy that drove me was great! Very nice and fast. However on my way back was the worst experience ever. I arrived at the airport and went outside to where off site parking vans pick up at. I just missed the van for speedy park. But I knew they run every 15 mins. After 10 minutes of waiting I thought I will call them just to check. Went straight to voicemail. I called again and the same thing. I waited ten more mins and I thought ok it's been 20 mins where is the shuttle. I called again and finally someone picked up. She asked me which door I was at. Mind you I've been waiting outside now for 45 mins. She pulls up and I bring my carry ons in the van with me but she insists to put them in the back and I'm like ok that's fine. We arrive at the parking lot and she's driving me to my car asked if I could alarm my car so we could find it and I said no I can't my keys are in my carry on that you made me put in the back. We finally get to my car and I hop out. She didn't get out of the van to grab my luggage from the back and at first I thought that's interesting I guess I have to get it myself. I walk to the back of the van and she drives away!! All of my luggage is in the van. So I had to walk all the way back to the main office where she was just sitting in the van and I said excuse me but how was I supposed to get my luggage. This is where it trips me up...she said "oh baby I'm sorry I didn't know you had any luggage"...I CAME FROM THE AIRPORT. You made me put my carry ons in the back AND when you asked if I had my keys I said no they're in the back in my carry on. I was baffled. Never again!! read more

You get what you pay for. On the web site they claim to be 5 minutes from the airport - but from their lot it takes 15+ minutes to get to/from BWI. In my case it was 40 minutes from the time I called till I got dropped off at the parking lot. I think these guys are trying, but I would have the following recommendations if they want to stay in business: 1. Not everyone smokes - and if you do that if fine - but as an employee that reeks like an ashtray - stay off the paying passenger bus. I almost gagged! 2. Have your driver drive - not answer the phone, too. Both unsafe and distracting. 3. Drive a bit slower - we are all tired from a long trip, and bouncing around and grabbing on during accelerated turns is not beneficial. 4. Like plenty of reviewers, you might get good service on one end or the other but after a long flight, the last thing you want to have to do is call, and be told it's 15 minutes, and then after 25 minutes call back and be told they drove by your exit but you weren't there so they went back and you'll have to wait another 15 minutes... The lot looks pretty shady. When we got to the lot we waited to be picked up for 40 min. When we came back the driver was on his cell phone the whole time. ***Consumer alert*** Jourve Airport Concierge Vallet, do not use their service. They will wreck your car and not own up to it. I used Jourve for a recent trip April 11-April 15th. Upon receiving my car on the 15th, I immediately noticed the tire pressure was low on my passenger rear wheel. My husband and I stopped at the nearest gas station to add air and he noticed my tire was slit with damage to my rim, he also said it was recently done. He immediately took pictures and we contacted Jourve. The representative requested we forward the documentation in an email with a description of what happened and assured me that someone would contact us within 24 hours. When I didn't hear from someone the next day I gave them an additional 24 hours and followed back up with them. At that time another representative advised a claim had been submitted and I should hear from someone within 48 hours. Fast forward to today, I contacted them this morning and was assured that I was speaking to a manager who would have their claims representative call me today. I finally received the first call from their company today at 6:15 pm, where I was advised they would not be covering the damages caused by one of their employees. She tried to tell me the damage was done by me. Unacceptable! I will never use their service again and I will be sure to post this on every social media outlet so that people are aware of their poor customer service. I used Groupon to get discounted parking at BWI Airport. Sometimes discounted is not the best way to go. The drop off was good the pick up was very slow. We called and was told to come to door at 10. Went to door 10 and we waited and waited and waited and called and called and the phone continue to go to voicemail. I made no less than 10 calls and they all went to voicemail. The 11th call was picked up and I was informed that they were changing shifts and that they would be there in less than 10 minutes. It took over 30 minutes to be picked up and returned to the parking lot. Once we arrived at the parking lot we were given our keys and told to locate our own car. They had move the car from where we originally parked it. Thank goodness we have an alarm on our car and used it to help us locate our car. The kicker: it was 11 PM at night. read more

This was the best experience I have had with airport parking. The people who work here are wonderful. I arrived at 4:30am and there was a shuttle waiting to take me to the airport. When I landed, they met me outside luggage within a few minutes and I was surprised that I was in my car and on my way back to DC within 20 minutes of landing. It is so much better to use the EconoPark which services are much more organized and professional. I landed at midnight and was calling the service number several times to pick me up. The drop off was great - the pick up was the exact opposite and I won't use this company again. A guy dropped us off at BWI & he was friendly, courteous, & helped with our bags. On our return, we had to deal with an uppity woman with a chip on her shoulder. We phoned from baggage claim & were abruptly told not to call back until we had our bags & were waiting outside. Click-hang up. Once outside, we called back & gave our designated pickup area as directed during drop off. The woman shot back, "I don't need to know that. Gimme the baggage claim door number." During the ride back, not a single word was spoken until we arrived at the lot when she asked where my car was parked. She pulled directly behind my car and I unloaded my bags from the van and into my car while she sat in the van, scribbling on a clip board. She knew I was attempting to back out of my parking spot, but made a point to intentionally block me from leaving until she was finished. The ride to the airport was very good. Her name is Melody. The ride back to my car was terrible. Waited almost an hour for shuttle when I called they said 5 minutes after 30 I called again they said 10 minutes . then he said he was pulling in and it was another 15 minutes . I put in for a refund but mailbox is full. I called to report problem the next day Melody answered and said she is quitting. She had a mgr call Antoine who called me a liar and started yelling at me that he was the shuttle driver that picked me up. The two other ladies on shuttle said they will never use this place again. I restated that I was at zone 4and gave the driver the door number which was 14.After picking us at8:42am we were taken to our car. On my return, I arrived after midnight. I've parked with them a number of times. It is a very easy process. I usually book online, arrive at the lot, check in, and then I'm on my way to the airport. The reason I am giving 2 stars and looking for a different lot is because the service is all BUT speedy and I don't usually have the time for all of the waiting. Unless, by chance, you arrive at the lot when the shuttle is there, you will wait 20+ minutes for the shuttle to return with the driver who will then check you and everyone else in. The return is even worse. They don't want you to call until you are outside waiting at the designated spot, but then I typically wait 30 minutes while I watch all of the other company shuttles pass by numerous times. I had a lady parking attendant/driver when my boyfriend and I came to park here for the first time. We left the car for a little less than a week so about 5 days. She took us and dropped us to our correct departure airline door in no time they don't call it SPEEDY for no reason b/c SHES FAST. When we got back to the States BWI airport we called and again no more than 7-10 mins she was at the gate waiting on us. Speedy park reminds me of a Great Value version of uber carpool which is like a multi-pick up taxi system just without the gps tracking to see he location but the parking lot is is like 5-10 mins away from the airport. Came here due to a Groupon deal. It's not to far from airport. I pulled in & no one was present but a sign stated that I should get luggage out of vehicle & utilize the amenities provided within a nearby trailer. It contained Coffee, Water, TV, bathroom, & warmth. Within a short time a gentleman from back room magically appeared, took my voucher & explained that driver would be back shortly. Within moments a van pulled up, helped with my luggage then drove me to airport & away I went. When the fun was over and I had returned I went outside terminal, called to explain my location "I was at wrong gate exit" lol & in no time a driver showed up. My bags were placed in the back, he drove me to my car and that was that. Totally would use them again. read more

I purchased a reservation in advance. When I arrived at the lot I was told that I'd have to valet my vehicle. My reservation was not for valet nor did the terms indicate anything about a valet requirement. After wasting 15 min at the lot while the "manager" was called, I was told that I had no other option. The lot was a mess, cars were parked all over the place and I don't trust that they could be easily moved around without being bumped and dinged. Name change needed-- Slow-Poke Park. They are NOT close to the airport ... I thought I was using another lot when I booked ... but thought I'd give it a try as I was already there. Only one employee to do it all .. drive , take your money etc. Had I not been so lucky as to get there just in time to leave I would have missed my flight. Never, never, never use this parking service. The people are nice but there were so many things that went wrong. Drop off was ok, but trying to get back to my car was a nightmare. First, the phone number they gave me was wrong, the second number went right to voice mail, but the box was too full to leave a message, luckily I had my reservation with me and it had a customer service number to call. They were able to get through for the shuttle to pick me up, not where I was but upstairs and half a terminal away. Once I was on the shuttler, they drop me at the lot where my car was.... They gave me my key, left me to find my car, in a dark lot (it was night) with mud puddles all over the place. My car was not where I parked it. After dragging my suitcase around the lot once, not finding my car, I went to their trailer to find help. There was no one there, So I walk to lot again. Finally someone came out of the trailer, said that my car could of been moved to another lot. So off she goes in a shuttler to find my car, I'm still standing in a dark lot with no one around (I'm an older woman) She does find my car, brings it to me. I get in and notice that somehow about 50 miles was added my mileage. This company is so unorganized, they just don't know what they are doing. Not worth the lower parking rates. read more

The service from BWI Speedy Park was terrible. It took longer than expected to get the shuttle to the airport on the outgoing trip. When arriving back at the airport, the attendant at BWI Speedy Park told my wife, with two small children that their driver left and she would have to pay for an Uber to get back to the parking lot. The attendant informed my wife that she would be reimbursed and a discount would be given on the overall parking. Once my wife and children arrived back at BWI Speedy Park, the attendant informed her that she was not able to give the reimbursement at that time and she would mail a check. After 2+ months, and multiple calls/emails, and long after the attendant promised the reimbursement and discount, we finally received a reimbursement for the Uber cost. The overall experience was terrible, and very underhanded. I feel like BWI Speedy Park is managed very poorly and it should be held accountable for its rude and unprofessional employees, and scammy business practices. read more
