This time a woman answered and she says something about not being able to hear and hangs up. we try repeatedly to call back to ensure no one would come since we wanted to cancel. the line just kept cutting off and no one answered. we didn't even need to extend this courtesy of canceling since there was no taxi to cancel. it seems they never dispatched a driver in the first place. i wonder if this is a legit business!
