I went to the pharmacy yesterday, and they didn't have any of the information I provided earlier. I provided that again. I got a message today, telling me the prescription refill had been canceled. By whom????? Not the provider, that's for sure. I called my doctors' office to make sure that my prescriptions go to another pharmacy. Unapologetic incompetency...that is all I can say. Besides, everything else in that store is highly overpriced.

It took a few days for my scripts to get filled, and a week ago, was wondering why I had not been informed about my automatic refills. To my dismay, my phone call revealed that not only had were these scripts not refilled, they had been cancelled. I didn't cancel them. My doctors' office did not cancel them. No apologies. No "let's get this fixed for you". The call did not end with any offer to rectify the matter. We did not end the call on a pleasant note. I have since moved these scripts to another pharmacy that employs a real pharmacist and efficient pharmacist techs. You had your chance, Walgreens. You blew it.

I think there's been a couple other reasons not to be able to get prescription filled. After a dc from hospital was to have 4 medicines only got home with 3. So did hospital only call in three then add another one after she left hospital? The prescriptions were by same physician so I doubt that. ( since the nurse failed to go over nursing dc like she said she was going to do , I didn't know about the 4th medication to inquire about it) so I Will never know the true answer to this issue, however the lack of the 4th medication led to severe leg swelling, that led to skin cancer on legs. Too many disappointing trips to this unreliable pharmacy! People's lives are relying you!! Do better!!

I was thankful because I didn't know what to expect when I moved into the area. This location has a very old fashioned and low key, calm feeling to it.
