He handled all of the paper work, he handles all of the phone calls and all of the hassles that insurance has. He also was unbiased about telling me what insurance I truly needed. Sometimes that means you pay more but you don't want to pay less and find out that you aren't covered. When I have had a claim he was on top of it and lead to getting quick payment without my policy going through the roof. I have also converted several employees of mine to using his service too. It is like they get a raise when they give him a call since he saves them so much money.

We cancelled the policy and my dad maintained all of his other policies with Allstate. This week my DAD received a collections notice for a month of the premium for my MOM'S umbrella policy. No phone calls, no letters, nothing. They sent him to collections. I just called to resolve the issue and there was no apology, no explanation and I had to pay the mont of the premium. This is absolutely unbelievable and a horrible way to treat a loyal client. The amount of money is inconsequential, the distress this caused my father is horrible. He's 81 years old and has never paid anything late his entire life. He was devastated to receive a notice from a collection company and I am shocked and disappointed by how this was handled when we called in to try to resolve it. The account has been paid in full. I really hope that $45 was worth losing a long term client over.

Over time he baraged us with proposals for other services. However, when we were damaged by a tornado and asked for his assistance he was not there for us. We called many times in consecutive days. He did not make himself available, even by email or text. He seemingly did not want to be bothered. In our bad state of home damages and anxious state of mind, we turned to another State Farm insurance broker who graciously assisted us through the process.
