Dr. Bouwens listened to what I had to say, offered me good advice, and was genuinely concerned for my well-being. I actually learned things instead of feeling like I was just giving him all the answers (which is what I've experienced multiple times elsewhere). For the first time in a very, very long time I felt like I was speaking to a doctor instead of a businessman with a medical degree. He is knowledgeable, polite, kind, and helpful. I called 2 times in between to confirm these things. They promised me both would happen same day and with Cindy. Sydney, a pa, has no idea what is going on, doesn't know how to do a pap or how to do physicals on new patients! My wife is there and she is seeing a pa and they are saying she should go somewhere else for a pap. They also couldn't do a complete physical because it was her first visit. Absolute scam of a place with zero competence. Never go here. This place should be closed for a stupid money grab
