Buddy Infinger provided great service for the countless years I used Guardian Pest Control. But…read morethe last two years they started providing terrible service that required reservice and they came up with excuses in not doing it. Yesterday Isaac Morrison came over for service for an appointment that I had not confirmed. Later that day I looked at my surveillance video cameras and noticed he was bringing a hose from the truck to where my outside water faucet that has a water irrigation timer for my palm tree. After he took the hose back to the truck he came and looked around the base of my palm tree. There is absolutely no reason for him to be there. I called Jennifer about it and had Isaac call me. He became defensive when I asked what he was doing. I told him that I have video cameras and I told him what I saw. He made weird statements like what do you have cameras on the back on my eyes? No dude I have video surveillance cameras. And what were you doing by my palm tree? Well he said can't I look at the tree? He then said he already wasted enough time on this call. But apparently he had time to waste looking or doing something to my palm tree. I'm still investigating what he was doing but the bottom line is that he is unprofessional at the least and he and Guardian Pest Control obviously are a company of professionalism of the past. They will longer be providing service to my house.
