I called Lamont Simmons to ask him when he could correct the issue and his first response was "is this person qualified" who told you that KNOWING he had jerked me. NOW, PNG has shown me that the same unit has a gas leak and I have called and texted him for three (3) consecutive days and he has ignored my voice messages and texts. I have my receipt that clearly states there is a 10 year warranty on all replaceable parts and a 2 year warranty on labor; the receipt would not load; however, I have it!
