Unfortunately, we were unable to get the sedan that we expected but the staff exhibited excellent professionalism when explaining the situation and helped us get the best deal for an alternative car. As travelers from the United States we couldn't have appreciated Emma and Helen more and thought they did a great job during a difficult situation. They also provided us with a complementary GPS and plenty of travel advice. We would absolutely recommend this location and use it again in the future.
