The owners were consistently at each other's throats making the environment very hostile for customers who had been there for a long time they don't use fresh fruits in fact if they do use any fruit it's frozen. All the tips go into the company. The owner "allegedly" has been known to treat her employees like the dirt on her shoe and talk down to them like children. The owner will consistently talk about things that are bad for you meanwhile she partakes in Herbalife products which are basically just a high level pyramid scheme. You can't go around calling something poison if you're consistently promoting something that's been proven to cause liver problems
