When I arrived, two employees were talking to each other at the front cash register. I stood there since I didnt know if i was supposed to sign in or pick a color or just wait. I felt ignored and thought to leave. I decided to stay since I had a appointment. I was then greeted a few minutes later and I mentioned i had an appointment and was there for a pedicure. The space was clean and i saw employees actively sanitizing. Tony did my pedicure and he was very nice. I would return if in the area. I paid with cash and a basic pedicure was 37. My hot towel service and my pedicure water were both not hot. If I return, I would request hotter water and warmer towels.

I had to ask someone else to turn off the water because it was about to overflow then the original girl who turned it on SPRINTED back to turn it off and was apologizing. But never asked me about the water temperature which was scalding hot and obviously steaming so I couldn't even put my feet in. Then someone who came in after me got their pedicure first and a second person that also came in after me was going to get theirs started until another employee yelled at them to do mine first instead. Then the actual pedicure wasn't great. He did not scrub my feet or even trim down my cuticles which are some of the most basic parts of a pedicure?? Definitely not with the money and will not be coming back.

My nails are beginning to split and peel so I need someone to be considerate of that and I make my request known. You would think a manicurist would know about aging nails and be considerate but not this woman. She was hostile and combative during the entire service even to the point where the receptionist looked at her a couple of times because even she couldn't believe how this woman was acting. Maybe she was a Trump supporter because that's how irrational she was. Well she doesn't have to worry because I won't be back. They don't realize how they impact their market. I have begun to take the time to do my own nails which is not rocket science by the way.

Forever it seems…read more After having bad haircuts throughout the years from family and friends, not to mention some that forgive me for saying ... Call themselves stylists. Where I only had to explain once to Joseph, and he gets what I want. After a year or so my daughter was experiencing the same. As I told her she might like to give him a go. She has very thick curly hair which he has the patience to cut. As with looking back some salons in the past would just thin out balls of her hair, making it easier for them to style it. Guess we should have questioned it at the time. Anyways, once Joseph is finished cutting her hair he has the patience to flat iron it too. Also, she has decided from time to time to go with a different look of color, as some are. He always does a fantastic job with whatever you are looking for. Now I guess I got the whole family on-board. For I remember one time my husband telling me that he went to get his hair cut, and his barber was drinking at 10 A.M. I kinda think he quit going there.
