This was something I figured I could have done myself. Dr. Williams doesn't have computers in the examining rooms so he pays attention to what I'm saying. Whether I need a same-day appointment, clarification of orders, refills, or anything at all, they get right back to me. When we moved my elderly in-laws to Lafayette, they got set up with Dr. Cusack with no problems, even though they were new Medicare patients. My daughter has continued with him as her physician into adulthood. Can't say enough good things about him.

Dr Loy is amazing however he must have recently hired someone that doesnt seem to care about his patients. She was very rude when I have called each time to schedule my sons appointment. I am a SINGLE mother of 3 children and occasionally I have to reschedule appointments based on my own schedule. When I called to day to reschedule my sons appointment she was very rude with me and asked me why I was cancelling when they left a VM yesterday. I have never been treated like this at Dr Loy's office and this is very disappointing to know that due to one bad apple I am now finding my son a new Ear, nose and throat doctor. Your office staff have always been kind sad to think that one can ruin it for my children.
