As soon as I arrived, they made accommodations and kindly took the time to take apart my laptop right then and there. They were very considerate of my situation and my time--I had to leave class early because of the spill, but thanks to them I was back on track quickly. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help stood out to me. I truly appreciate the care they showed, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing computer help.

I had to pick them up in Oct. tho he wasn't done with the repairs. I ended up buying a new computer. He had me pay for the software ($295) but said he would reimburse me. That never happened either. So after all the $$ for repairs, I still had to buy a new one...if you take your computer there, expect one year repair time, $$, some issues still not fixed. He is a nice guy, but not very focused...

If you have a broken computer and your only option is Beaver State Computer Services, you are literally better off bashing it with a hammer. I had them repair my laptop maybe three times, and every single time, it took them years to fix. That's not actually a joke, they were all small hardware issues like with the plastic outside structure, and it took them over a year to repair it. The incompetence is so outrageous, it's like you're asking a buddy to fix it as a favor, and when you're hanging out you're like, "Oh by the way, have you fixed my laptop yet?" and he's like, "Oh shit sorry dude, haven't gotten around to it yet." Except you're paying them a shit load for it and they're not your buddy. He constantly gave excuses like, oh I'm on the phone with Microsoft, oh I have to order a new part, like damn are you stupid? What kind of load of horseshit is that? Awful company. If you want your computer repaired, even if it costs like $8, you're better off buying a new one, unless you think your time is worthless, because by the time you get it back, it will have been like $20,000 worth of your time. In short, avoid this place like a hoe with gonorrhea. (ps, my laptop is still falling apart and missing screws and shit)
