The staff is so helpful and encouraging to those of us newbies. My first introduction to norco was Nicki, who met me in town and informed me of everything I needed to make life easier. Well the first trip into town I panicked as the oxygen was running out as Mom had unforeseen medical treatments. Well I wasn't sure we'd make it back home. I spied the big norco truck as I was leaving town and pulled over and asked "Kalyan"? If he would exchange tanks? He was quite taken aback as no one has ever done this, and he was industrial not medical and ..paperwork? After concluding his delivery he called the office and between him and Nicki they sent us on our way with life supporting oxygen! They were above and beyond! The best! I have to add that our doctor said this is the 4th time one of her patients have sung Nickis customer service! Simply the best
