But he was honest with me, told me I didn't need a new laptop, just a new hard drive. I appreciated the honesty because he could have easily talked me into a new laptop. Within a few days he let me know it was ready to pick up. And even better, he was able to get everything off the old frozen hard drive onto the new hard drive. He's the best!

I went around a corner and one guy ask if he could help me his name was George and he was very helpful. To the young kids most of them are there to punch the time clock and go home end of story. Our world is broken. Although I like Best Buy I avoid for the above reasons. Maybe I will be lucky enough to have George help me in the future.

Then, they have no way to connect one directly with the store. If I can't talk with a store employee, I will be compelled to consider a 60 mile round trip with no assured result. This s**ks!!! This is the single worst customer service experience in my 74 years of life!!! Don't buy from these people or their 3rd party sales on Amazon! You will regret it. Best Buy has no honor.

On the shelf, item says $4.99 each. I bought 2 items and gave a discount code of 15% to the checkout girl. When I was told the charge was $10, I questioned why when I had a discount code. Then, I was told they had not updated the amounts in the system. Of course, I would be charged more, not less than what was the right amount. When I lived in Arizona, this kind of "mistake" happened all of the time, but because it never happened here, I thought it never could. I am reporting this to warn any customers of this Staples that they should always check to be sure they are being charged the correct price since this store doesn't update prices.

Those clients, sent their friends and all I hear is how great they are at getting the job done correctly the first time. Good to know there are people who care about not only their customers but also their business ethics. You really can't go wrong with these folks because they will tell you like it is. And if someone can't take that kind of a response, let them see what would happen at a big box store with yellow and blue markings or one with red and white or red and black markings in their logos.
