STAY AWAY! These people should be in jail for what they do. My mother who is barely surviving…read morefinancially, who knows nothing about electronics, went in for help because her phone broke. She told them she just needed something simple. A good deal. All she does is call people. She can barely text. They tricked her into a $1000 phone and $300 tablet. The phone stopped working a month later too. So now my mom is paying off a $1000 broken phone she cant afford and never needed while they charge her $90 a month for phone service too!!!!! They are criminals for taking advantage of an elderly woman like this. Do not do business at this store.
