He said he had no idea, he went and asked another person and he said may be she us running late. I showed the email with the confirmation time and day. He said maybe it was a mistake in their side, and I e should wait 15 more minutes to see if she shows up. Waited till 5:45, no one showed up. I called the owner and left a message. What a waste of time. Worked a full day and still got my kid on time and the place didn't even feel a need to at least send a notice of change or cancellation of class. No one returned my call either. No way to run a business:(
