YOUR scheduler screwed up. when I made the reservations I GAVE HER THE POC phone number of the person you were picking up and the NAME & phone number in case of emergency. Your scheduler did not give YOU required info. YOUR SCHEDULER SCREWED THIS UP. Just because she lives in FORT POLK as you said over and over as an excuse- I DON"T CARE! She had one job- and she didn't do it. then to be a smart ass to me on the phone when I called to place a complaint- NO- I called this morning to confirm reservations and pick up time. I called and said she had to go out side to SMOKE after her flight and she would meet you 40 mins after her flight- all you said is to meet "BY baggage claim." NOTHING WAS SAID ABOUT INSIDE. (seems to me you can't leave a car unattended outside either) "BY" is different than 'inside'.... DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THE SCHEDULER CAN NOT PROVIDE SHUTTLE ACCURATE INFO....

Sometimes it seems like there are inconsistencies in pricing between drivers. Also, I think maybe Huachuca Shuttle picked up a questionable driver or two from Slick's Shuttle (which was banned from post and added to the off-limits list for soldiers) because there's a pretty strong marijuana smell in at least one of the vehicles. I would also take the positive reviews here with a grain of salt - most of them are written by folks who've only posted a couple of reviews. Not sure how unbiased they might be.

I received a confirmation email immediately after the super easy booking process. Two days before the date of pickup, I received a 2nd confirmation email. The day before, Steve called to make sure my son knew where to meet up and other details. On the arrival day, my son's flight was delayed 3+ hours (arrival time changed 4-5 times), but Steve was there when the flight finally arrived and waited an additional 40 minutes while my son retrieving his check-in luggage. Before dropping off my son to his Airbnb, per my request, Steve drove him around the neighborhood to see where and what stores are around with no extra charges. He also gave my son some safety tips about living in Tucson. When they arrived at the apartment, he did not just drop my son off - he unloaded the luggage and then waited until my son was able to get into his apartment. I am a "worrier", but Steve relieved my anxiety of my son's out-of-state on-his-own trip with his excellent service. He really went far above and beyond for his welcome pickup service. We highly recommend his company. -- Same review was also posted on Google

I would like to highly recommend Steve Fredricks and Tribute Transportation…read more My husband Andy and I met Steve Fredricks over 10 years ago. We had just moved to Oro Valley and got stranded at the shuttle stop, coming down from Phoenix. ( It was on a Saturday night, just after midnight ) Steve arrived when no other transportation was to be found! He was awesome! ! ! He treated us like we were celebrities; not only did he drive us home, but he was kind enough to let us stop and pick up some groceries for breakfast. When we got home at 1:30 am, he helped us carry in the groceries. Now that is what I call top notch service ! ! He really made us feel welcome, and we've never forgotten him for his professionalism and kindness. We always call him to pick us up at our home to go to the airport, and then to meet us again when we return. I highly recommend Steve Fredricks and Tribute Transportation, LLC Christine D Hudena / Oro Valley AZ / CBR Realtor

Bisbee is only about 10 miles from the Mexican border and about two hours south of Tucson…read more However, the Queen Copper Mine Tour is very worth visiting. Every mine tour I've been on has been different and it's fun to see how they do it. With this tour, you are on the ground level and take a tram into the mine. You get off at various spots, but you won't do very much walking (there is a short flight of stairs to one of the stops). The tour guides are very knowledgeable and seems as if some of them actually had worked in the mine. Being a miner is definitely one of the most difficult, dirty, dangerous and labor intensive that a person can do, and it does make you appreciate how much work and effort it takes to extract any metal or mineral from a mine. The tour does a great job of explaining the process and how technology advancements changed over time from the late 1800's until the mine closed in 1975 Practical Information: 1. Make a reservation online, in advance. Traveling to Brisbee and finding out that you either you have to wait several hours for an open tour, or that they are sold out for the day is NOT something you want. 2. It's really not cold in the mine, since the part you visit is not underground, so you might want a sweatshirt or a light jacket, but that's about all. 3. Don't be late because once the tour starts, you forfeit your place if you aren't there when they leave. 4. The actual tour is about an hour.

Wonderful experience on the tour!…read more **Make sure you buy on their site before you get here... we did but they sold out for a lot of people! ** You take a mine cart into the middle of the mountain, and your tour guide will show you what they did in the past to get the copper out of the mine. It was a very unique tour as the others around Tombstone do not have this same type of experience. The only downfall I had was the extra information when it came to questions. Our tour guide seemed agitated even though he asked if others had questions and honestly didn't seem to know the answers more than what he was told to say. Other than that, well worth the tour and the money (also some cheap bottles of water in the store inside)
