I made my appointment via the website and asked for a consultation and a facial with dermaplaning. Brandy, the owner, came highly recommended and happens to be high demand. (I had to wait a few weeks for my appointment, but it was worth it.) She greeted me at the door when I arrived and offered me a drink and then I filled out the forms (since I was new). We then went back to the room for the consultation. She was very thorough and we talked about skin care, what I do for my skin and what I expected from her and the treatment. She was extremely professional, yet personable. The place is gorgeous and smells fantastic. The bed was heated and very comfy. Brandy was incredibly gentle, and even when she did the dermaplaning, I never felt any unease or pain. Unfortunately, we lost a family member due to Covid and had to leave the state and didn't know when we were going to be able to come back let alone get a massage. I gave a call to see if I could get a refund and Carlos was the most gracious, understanding, and beautiful person I could have gotten ahold of. He was able to accommodate me by refunding the money over the phone and I didn't even have to come in.
