I called the Midtown location today to get some information on availability, services and pricing (since their website offers nothing). No one answered my call so I left a voice message requesting a call back. The Manager who returned my call did so within about 10 minutes; so that was great. But her demeanor was frigid, dismissive and unhelpful. Why does an organization feel that having someone like this represent them makes sense? I have worked out of Büro Midtown for 4+ years and it truly feels like a second home. The staff go above and beyond to make sure their members are taken care of. It is always clean, organized and they are meticulous about upgrading and making improvements when needed, especially since the onset of COVID. The location is also amazing and views are beautiful. I couldn't think of a better place to work and would never consider another coworking space. read more

I wanted to love this place but...too much noise in the office in the form of building demolition on the first floor (Management forgot to tell me the day I signed the 3 month dedicated desk lease) and all the yelling and jock talk on the floor (Too distracting to work) and one member whom I was told has been with Buro since the beginning and insists on talking so loud that everyone has no choice but to hear him and be held captive/hostage. I was literally on the opposite side of the room around the corner and he was so loud other people walked away and I was mid call with my client while he was on the phone with a packed office, making jokes about his client being Indicted and other inappropriate things and I had to get off the phone with my client as to save my A$$. I was also in a back corner desk with a beautiful window view that was supposed to be zen like...that is until the staffing agency decided to dominate the phone room directly behind me almost all day and would scream and conference call on the loudest volume on their Mac treated the room like it was sound proof which it obviously isn't. It's too bad that a few people get to ruin the overall experience for everyone else. It's a beautiful place with a beautiful view that is being spoiled for many others who don't care about the others around them. Too bad. I wanted to be in a professional wnviorI ended up moving to the South Beach Offices and while not as nice interior wise, at least I don't have to deal with yellers who think it's ok because they have been members for a long time. I really hope this Location improves one day and I may come back. I miss the beautiful views and access to Window light. Lastly, I have to say Becca was very kind to me and I feel she is an asset to Buro. She is very smart and caring and I could tell she felt bad when I transferred as though she let me down, which she didn't. The fact that she has limited power to enforce the rules to a few entitled members is what let me and others down. But...I do have hope for this place. read more

After a long time researching and touring each co-working space in Miami, it is with a great deal of confidence that I declare Buro Miami's best co-working space. Buro has locations all over Miami, so wherever I am, I have a place to take a meeting, work on my laptop, or get a cup of coffee. Customer service is great and the work spaces are beautiful and professional. But perhaps the most important benefit of Buro has been access to their professional network. They regularly put on networking events which create a great office culture and helps me generate business. I have been referred multiple clients and have in turn referred tons of business. I am a consultant who has to contract out a lot of work such as marketing, PR, accounting, and website design, so it has been a pleasure for me and my clients to have all of those professional services in one place. read more

I love having my office at Büro. Wait, I meant... I LOVE having my office at Büro! It's a great shared workspace, great creative energy and I have made some great acquaintances with the other "members" who share the space including Huffington Post, Gilt City, Complot and more. State of the art offices with a nice size conference room with good vibes... at least it seems so! Every new business pitch in there has been a homerun! Guests love the space! I also love that balconies, wide windows and chic industrial look. The layout is very well thought out as well. The location couldn't be more ideal either! Love the owner (Michael) and membership director (Masha) for their customer service and friendliness. Reasonably priced and great value. They also plan great workshops and member mixers. I even love reading their newsletters which highlight members and provide information on the new spots in the area as well. If you're looking for a shared workspace in Miami, don't bother looking elsewhere! read more

Did a tour of this spot and really liked the area and vibe around the office. Very trendy, urban clients using a shared office workspaces. Masha did a good job explaining the amenities and spaces. Parking is an issue but if you have $99 a month your good. The overall office suite price was higher than I was expecting, as I would expect given the Midtown area, but the open desk spaces, private cubicles were cool and affordable. Nice conference room up to date. We'll see if this is the spot, haven't decided yet. read more

I used the shared space offices at Büro while travelling through Miami for work - it was the perfect spot to get work done, while being in a high energy environment AND having the ability to make phone calls in peace. It was also very convenient - I think I was set-up and working within 3-4 minutes of arriving. I will definitely use the space the next time I am in town. read more
