It's clean, quiet, and you can tell people are here to get stuff done. The super fancy industrial espresso machine grinds fresh beans for every shot - it's amazing. Lastly, the manager Alex is one of those rare unicorns in Miami - a person who actually cares about doing a good job and can pull it off.

There's also a lot of private rooms and conference rooms. The internet is testing at 340mbps download and 90mbps upload on the day that I came in. If you're fine with the WiFi then it's strong everywhere. I'm in here on a Saturday and there's only 1 other person in here. It seems like the secret hasn't been let out yet.

There are some proper desks for day pass use, in addition to the cafe tables, and even a lovely outdoor spot when the weather is nice! Interior decor was nice and bougie. Amenities like coffee, tea, etc. were all available. For lunch, there were a reasonable selection of food places are within 10 minutes of walking distance (tacos, poke bowls, etc.), as well as the lovely Wynwood neighborhood graffiti and street art murals. Generally, a 4-star experience, except for the hours. Hours according to Deskpass were 9:30am-5pm. This means that if you, say, took a 45-minute lunch break, then it's $35 for less than 7 hours of work. This seems to be the going market rate and the hours seem standard for day passes in Miami, but it's just hard for me to justify $35 to not even get 8 hours of work in. I use an additional monitor with an iPad while traveling, along with an external keyboard and laptop stand, and I basically had to start work at my Airbnb, then packed everything up and set up again to work at the coworking space. It was so inconvenient that I decided not to use this space the rest of days in Miami. Bathrooms: Clean and functional and spacious. Well-maintained.

Plus they always have community building events where you can meet people from other backgrounds and they are super good for networking, also some of their events are really good to learn new things or skills and some of them are just fun!!!
