Recently had my daughters skirts altered. They told me 8 days. So I show up in the evening of the 8th day only to be told they haven't started them. The worker told me she needed one hour. So I give her more then an hour. Still not done. They want 30 more minutes. I asked for the skirts and a rebate only to be told the cashier can't give a rebate. This cashier has worked here for years. Nothing worse then having someone lie right to my face. What is happening to good customer service? I end up being the bad guy because I request a rebate when they missed teo of their delivery times that they told me.

I would not trust my shoes to anyone else. This lovely man is a true master. I have three pairs of Birkenstocks which are like new for less than half the price of new shoes. The price was very fair and the service excellent. If you want your shoes repaired by someone you can trust, I cannot recommend this beautiful shoemaker enough. I didn't think it was worth it to get a new bag since it was just a broken strap, but literally no one I went to wanted to fix it because of the thick lining. Finally, a tailor recommended I come find Frank here and he took the bag with no problem like it was the simplest task on earth. He fixed it up so quickly and I paid a super reasonable price for it. The workmanship is excellent. I have no doubt that I'll be going back with any shoes or other bags needing repair!

If you want clean clothes then consider that a clean environment is indicative of a place well taken care of which means your clothes are in amazing care! Ice cream season is almost done so check it out before it closes. If not, check them next season for ice cream but definitely wash your clothes there if you need that service.
