Later, I read more reviews, and they were not so good. However, knowing about how law firms function, I felt the complaints had no merit. Some clients were upset because they never spoke to an attorney. To set things straight. A good law firm will hire interns and case workers. A case worker will be assigned to a client. That case worker will take all information provided by the client and forwarded to the attorneys. Interns will prepare all the documents. The attorneys will put their name on the documents and go to court. Mind you, students and interns will do a fantastic job for the client as they're proving themselves to the law firm. Students need hours working at a law firm and performing well will definitely help them find employment once they graduate. Rather than complain that you were not contacted by an attorney, be thankful that Abramson Labor Group was intelligent enough to bring in students and interns that will do their best to help you. Furthermore, cases take time. Give the law firm time to get your case moving forward. Calling them and asking about your case slows down progress. Relax and let them do their job. Remember, they only get paid if they win. So they're going to do their best.

It's confusing to see all these five star reviews. They seem fake, and possibly from friends of…read morePeter's. He "represented" me for a few years. I only met him once. I would call Peter's office constantly because the insurance company was trying not pay my medical bills and other money I was owed. This was a monthly thing I had to do. Peter would ask me each time we talked, about my case and medical journey. He knew nothing about my case, each time I called him. Like he didn't know who I was or what was going on. He would even ask me what the insurance company was doing at the time. I would have to explain and fill him in on everything! I went to workers comp court a few times, with a random paralegal that Peter would send. Some shady things happened. At one point the judge even told the paralegal that he knew very well who Peter was, and he didn't have nice things to say about him. Yikes!! I even tried called around to see if I could get a different lawyer after all these shady things were happening. The few I spoke to told me negative things about Peter. I had a good case, backed by every doctor I saw. Even the QME. Peter quoted me half of what my case was worth. After he took his share, I was left with even less. Honestly, years of dealing with such a terrible person that treated me quite rudely, and like I didn't matter, I settled just so I wouldn't have to deal with Peter again. During our meeting, he took the time to ask detailed questions and requested any photos I had of the accident. He clearly explained the process, including the possibility that it might take some time depending on the other party's insurance. Mr. Jackson connected me with an excellent chiropractor and got my treatment started right away. As he initially mentioned, the process did take time--especially since the insurance company was uncooperative.
