Later, I read more reviews, and they were not so good. However, knowing about how law firms function, I felt the complaints had no merit. Some clients were upset because they never spoke to an attorney. To set things straight. A good law firm will hire interns and case workers. A case worker will be assigned to a client. That case worker will take all information provided by the client and forwarded to the attorneys. Interns will prepare all the documents. The attorneys will put their name on the documents and go to court. Mind you, students and interns will do a fantastic job for the client as they're proving themselves to the law firm. Students need hours working at a law firm and performing well will definitely help them find employment once they graduate. Rather than complain that you were not contacted by an attorney, be thankful that Abramson Labor Group was intelligent enough to bring in students and interns that will do their best to help you. Furthermore, cases take time. Give the law firm time to get your case moving forward. Calling them and asking about your case slows down progress. Relax and let them do their job. I saw that they had a good review and rating so I hired them for my workers comp case. This firm is the worst firm I ever worked with!!!!! They never keep you posted, they will make medical appointment without informing you. My lawyer took out my left should from the settlement without my knowledge, when I said BOTH I MEAN BOTH of my shoulder were injury. After going through court and having my statement, and after I signed the settlement. That is when I found out my lawyer took out my Left shoulder and than asked me to sign another settlement agreement because she has to fix what she did. Which delay my settlement longer. Uses multiple call centers out of country. Representatives can be hard to understand especially when they are eating while processing your intake information. You cannot speak with an attorney or get information regarding your case in a timely matter. It took over forever for them to just send a demand letter. My lawyer disappeared without telling anyone informing me. I was reassigned to a lawyer who had a member of one of the outsourced centers call me asking for information they had been given previously. I requested multiple times to speak to the attorney handling my case. It never happened. When I called back to ascertain what was going on their call center representatives kept transferring me and hanging up on me and were extremely rude. I had waited months for nothing to take place. Nothing more than a waste of time. I came to them a while ago with a case against my work. They had told me they would help me and get what i was owed for months. It was so hard to get in contact with them or get any updates or information on the case. Months later they come to me with a settlement number that was calculated from thin air using wrong information. Poor communication is a major issue with this firm. It's extremely difficult to contact the case manager. In fact during the 8 months that they were supposed to be working on our case, they handed us over to, at least, 3 different case managers. All were difficult to reach. We left numerous messages and emails and they were mostly left unanswered. It wasn't until yesterday, 12/01/2025, that we were informed that they could not come to an agreement with the defendant and that they were handing us off to another "partner firm." Everything is so vague with them. There is no transparency. Our confidence is extremely low in regards to their professionalism. We cannot give a positive recommendation to this business for these reasons. Our advice to those who are considering this firm is to be cautious. Do your research. Ask questions. I won my workers comp case but after a year they told me they couldn't help for whatever reason, however I did not receive all my funds, and my checks were sent to my old address after giving the law firm my new address months in advance, thank goodness a friend of mine saw my checks and went to my mom address to deliver them. I have two insurances that are suppose to payout I'm in contact with Alvin in accounts received and he is rude and not professional at all and again I will never recommend this law firm to anyone I know. They deserve zero stars told me they could help me 100% I had two separate cases, one being Workmen's Comp., and the other being A wage case after they told me they had no problem helping me I decided to leave my job because of retaliation against me. Therefore, just few copies out of a whole bunch of complaints i ended up filing against this "group" as a a result of their negligence and unprofessionalism will draw a perfect image of this "group" and it's true intentions. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint concerning the handling of my wrongful dismissal claim by your firm. The conduct and communication issues I have experienced throughout this process have caused me severe frustration and concern. At the outset, I engaged your firm and a non-attorney representative to assist me with my case. However, early in the process, I realized that the likelihood of success was low, and I notified the firm that I wished to discontinue the matter. Despite this, my request was ignored, and nearly nine months later, I received an email stating that settlement negotiations had begun with the opposing party. When I was informed of a settlement offer of $5,000, I instructed the non-attorney to accept it. After that point, communication from your office became extremely inconsistent. I made numerous attempts -- via phone calls and emails -- to obtain updates and clarification, but my calls were routinely unanswered, placed on long holds, or abruptly disconnected. My emails often went without response, and when I did manage to speak with staff members, they were dismissive and argumentative. After I eventually received the settlement agreement, I signed it and returned it promptly. I request a full, written explanation of the following: 1. Why my request to terminate the case early on was ignored. 2. Why the settlement condition regarding the removal of Google tags was not disclosed or explained before I signed the agreement. 3. One case they couldn't get the opposite council to negotiate or have meaniful dialog. It came to the point they gave up on the case without even throwing a punch. In fact the state bar of California attorney registrar doesn't pull them up as a verified group. My other case was a workers compensation case. That was handled and botched significantly. A morning I was appointed to have a zoom deposition the case manager never got out of bed. The administrative judge must've had petty on me because she gave me time to reach out to Abramsom labor group to see what was going on. The group had no answer. After countless calls I found out that the case manager quit the group. (I wonder what for) after a few months I got a call that the opposing council wished to settle. I agreed and was told by a certain date I would receive the payment. I didn't get that payment on that date. And Abramsom labor group was so evasive as to what was the problem. As like anyone in my situation I called a few times and emailed the group. During times I would call the phone operator hung up in my face twice. My emails were not responded to. After to weeks after I received the message they had my check. I asked to send it UPS or FedEx. They used USPS. I was irate. My envelope sat at the post office for almost 2 more weeks. I finally got the payment close to a month after the deadline. I out of respect emailed Nada to say I received the check. You know she never responded say congratulations or thank you for making them aware that I received the check. Reason; "Unfortunately, the other law firms concluded they also would not file a lawsuit because it is not economically feasible based on the evidence available to us." Negotiating attorneys care about the fastest way to a settlement, not the best. Their business model is volume over quality. They care more about their business model than they do about clients.
