I watched some you tube videos on tecumseh motors, took apart the electric starter... the gear Tarth on the starter were gone. Replaced the gear easily. Fly wheel was fine. Replaced the spark plug. Works fine. Brighton mower is the most unethical business for small engine repair. DO NOT TAKE your mowers or snow blowers there for service. It is the worse!

I called on 10/25 about having a snow blower serviced. They said it was still Fall so they'd have to prioritize lawn mowers first. Okay, that's fine. The person on the phone said they would look at it in the following 2 weeks. 3 weeks passed since that initial phone call and I've heard nothing from them. We had a snow storm this week so I called them up and they mentioned they were swamped (likely due to the storm). I told them it's been three weeks since our chat and over 2 weeks since they picked the device up. The owner said he'd "move us to the front of the line because [I] sounded anxious." The owner was helpful, had it looked at on Thursday, called Friday with an update and then again today after a full assessment. While I'm disappointed I had to call things seem to have moved quickly since then.

In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

He took apart the the carburetor and cleaned it. He changed the oil when I had changed it 2 weeks before he showed up and charged me for it. He didn't ask me if I wanted the oil changed. This must be a very successful business because it took him a month to get to my appointment. The service call cost me $ 190.00. I would not recommend this service. It was way too expensive. You are better off taking your mower to a shop.

Aspenleiter was recommended by a friend, and I had a great experience. I walked in having done research on Sebo vacuums and mostly knowing what I wanted. The salesperson (name I am currently forgetting) was very helpful, let me "test drive" multiple models, and was knowledgeable about different features. Prices were also lower than on the Sebo website! I'm very glad I purchased from here. I will definitely return for service and sales.

The employee told them that it was used as a trade-in, etc...I have no idea what he was talking about. I called that location many times over the next few weeks and spoke to this same employee who told me my vacuum was being fixed at another location, then that he was looking for it, etc...instead of being honest with me about what happened to my vacuum. I thought this employee was the manager/owner and I was not not sure how to proceed. I decided to stop in the shop one last time and that is when I met Todd, the actual manager/owner. I wish I had known about him before that day. I explained what happened and he was very confused. This had never happened before he told me. I even showed him my drop off slip. The vacuum was nowhere to be found. The employee was there that day and did not admit that he made a mistake and that he had misled me multiple times. Instead, he just kept telling us what a terrible vacuum brand this was. My vacuum was not old or terrible. In fact, it was still under warranty. Todd eventually called me and left a message wanting to know what date my family member was in the shop so he could check the cameras?!! I called him back the next day and left a message. However, no response. To this day, no one has responded. Never have I had such poor customer service. Instead of working with me and apologizing for losing or reselling my vacuum, they ignored the problem. So, no. I don't recommend using Supervacuum on Winton Road.

He…read moreasked me several important questions so that he could attempt to determine the problem over the phone and after taking apart a few pieces, he was able to tell what the problem was. I went onto Amazon and ordered a new roller brush for my specific model, got it the next day, exchanged it with the previous roller and it started working immediately. Bob was very friendly, had a sense of humor and more importantly, saved me a bunch of money. If his shop wasn't three hours away, I'd drop by and shake his hand. Thanks a bunch, Bob! I took my vacuum to Bobs as it would not turn on. I assumed it was either the switch or a loose…read morewire. Bob could have charged me for just looking at it, but he found that the handle wasn't seated properly and wasn't making good connection. He called and told me what he had found so I went to pick it up and he said no charge. He could have charged me a service charge, but instead said he really didn't do anything. It was refreshing to find a businessman who is honest enough to say, "no charge". I would recommend Bob's service wholeheartedly.
